    Yeah Phil's doing a great job.
    I reckon as you get into ageing athlete territory (I've reached 61 now) having a multi sport approach helps a lot. Far less chance of an over-use injury or getting bored. And also, allowing yourself to be inspired by others either in person or even via social media (Strava, Instagram etc.) can help with motivation.
    Most of all, my advice to younger athletes would be not to stop; change sports for sure, but don't stop being an athlete! 😃😃
