The fact this only has 6.5k views is a travesty. This is a tremendous achievement. I’ve recently got into triathlon after learning to swim last year, so far I’ve failed at 2 open water swims but remain determined to finish one soon. Watching this has me super inspired.
refreshing content. This guy is one of the best out there in the fitness space. Always posts quality content, no BS marketing or broscience, and he promotes a great message about fitness and mental fortitude rather than just aesthetics.
I have done the double and the triple. What makes Fergus so impressive is I sit around 65-68KG (44 years of age) so light on feet, lighter up the hills, but my squat is only 100KG 1RM. His a big dude, so this event is chllanaging the bigger guys, weight may move weight but light weight makes better efficent power. So hats off to you. The Brutal routes are just that Burtal, claire and James put on a great event. Remember the race never ends, until it ends!
a strong body was lead by an even stronger mind set.....absolutely amazing achievement...I've done a few endurance events myself (ultras, big treks on the bike etc) and mindset is everything. well done.
Oh my god man what a beast ! This is not a God, this is not an alien, this is not a demon, this is a mortal human being who's facing the unknown with nothing but a blazing heart and an unshakeable will ❤️🔥 I'm really happy for you man I don't know you but I'm genuinely happy for you.
Incredible film. I was really surprised to see the electronic shifting on a double extreme Ironman. The shifting is buttery but you run the risk of it failing - though it’s a low risk, it’s lower if you use mechanical.
Super impressive but at some point you have to ask yourself am I pushing myself like this to positively enjoy the suffering/challenge that comes with long distance triathlons/ultras, classic for endurance athletes, or am I doing this because I just want to just suffer and let people see me suffering…. For me this sort of thing becomes a bit more the later. I say this as an experienced long distance triathlete ( 12 completed and counting). Feel like Fergus needs to stop proving and hurting himself (mentally more than physically) so much and take on challenges where he can suffer but also enjoy the experience. Just my 2c here…best wishes anyway. Cheers
Great production value but a little bit too disney. Where is the real BTS pain and suffering? Wanted to see more of you at the end of it, is that content in circulation? Great job mate, huge effort!
Can confirm: I enjoyed watching this more than I enjoyed doing it 😂
One might wonder why, it looks lovely.
R-rated for the swear words. 😂
Youre a true inspiration my guy

Amazing work, Fergus.

We couldn’t agree more. Proud to be on his team.
The quality of this documentary is absolutely unreal.
Applying the same lessons from the gym, level-up every day.
the one percent in strength, and the one percent within endurance. absolute unit
Gymsharks “mini documentaries” are so good. I can’t believe they aren’t more popular because the quality and content is just unreal

Triple? Have you got a death wish, the training for one a year out is enough for me 😂
Hats off on those achievements. Yes, his ability to powerlift and run sub 5 is amazing.
WOW...i struggled with an 8k this morning and Fergus is here doing things like this. Insane but what an achievement. Best of luck with recovery
Incredible Fergus. Unbelievable resilience
One foot in front of the other - taken to a whole new level.
Love Fergus. Top quality guy (and UA-cam channel is amazing)
Fergus' strength and endurance is absurd, unbelievably impressive
Keeps on surpassing himself.
Cheers to director, who put life to the documentary !
Awesome quality and content. ♥️
It’s an incredible thing to see someone that power lifts and can run sub 5. Even more so to see that person do an event like this, amazing.
Very inspirational. Fergus and Jonny always make the impossible seem somehow possible.
The athlete that made me buy into Gymshark , cool to see different vid style too.
I didn't know Gymshark had any cardio focused athletes - so awesome to see!

Today exercise and diet will decide your future personality.
At 26 I was a sissy emo, now I'm 35 and look like him. Sport kills.
Fun fact is that ,they. Are also humans 😮
