    Yes, this is good stuff. I have not had muscle spasms for years because I have been maintaining my body and pay attention to how I move. May I just add that you should really strengthen your quads then you’ll feel more like bending the proper way. I am 65 years old and believe me I’ve not had a muscle spasm in probably 15 years, I do have some issues with my discs however prayer, exercise and stretching along with sitting properly at work , even standing properly . Thank you for your videos !

    The stretching exercise that starts at 6:07 is part of a list of exercise routine that includes motion to lubricate my knee, ankles, neck, shoulder, and hip joints that I do before bedtime. It feels really great as it releases any stiffness and pain from the lower back as a result of being in a sitting/standing position thru the day.

    I’m a 40 yr old overweight premenopausal woman who is sick of not being able to do 💩 because of my chronic lower back issues. I’ve been to 6 different chiropractors and this last one I believe is causing more damage than good and that’s after spending $500 on him. I just stumbled across you and I’ve saved this video. I’m gonna give it a shot.
