Ahh I appreciate your support so much! Thank you girl 😭💗
So happy for you!! You look AMAZING! I too love the housemaid it’s literally my favorite book.
😭❤️ thank you girl! But omg yes I loved it! Have you read the second book?
@@alyssamjobes No not yet! Have you?
guys i have been so discouraged and it’s been 2 years and a half already
i got my period back last month but this month it went 😢 literally no idea why i’ve been doing the same things
After my first period back, my next one wasn't for 45 days! Keep doing what you're doing. The more you stress about it, the less regular it will be! (Easier said than done lol)
@@alyssamjobes okay that’s reassuring i’m 19 days late but i’ve always been irregular so hoping it isn’t gone forever !! thanks for replying 💖
I'm overweight and i haven’t had my period for 2 to 3 yrs, can it be the reason? I have been only seeing ppl with underweight losing periods but not overweight so i feel like I'm alone and lost😔
Same here girll I lost my period too and I'm chubby and don't know if to eat more or less 😢😭😭😭
How long did it take for the mental hunger and constant thoughts about food and calories to go away? And what was most effective in reducing it
A few months for me at least! The most effective way to reduce it is just to eat when you feel hungry and stop looking at food as good or bad but as fuel! Easier said than done of course 😅❤️
@@alyssamjobes Thanks! I also have another question. I started to go “all in” about 5 days ago and I’ve been reducing the exercise by a lot, but I’m starting summer soccer which is two times a week near the end of June so do you think that will really effect my recovery journey? I’m scared that I’m gonna put a-lot of stress on my body again and that me eating alot won’t be enough.
@@seida601 honestly if you are eating enough to fuel your workouts I feel like that will be effective enough to get your period back!
@@alyssamjobes sorry I keep asking questions but your like the only one responding to my questions about recovery😭 did you have a restrictive eating disorder? Because I’m trying to recover from that mentally while also recovering my body physically to get my period back and it’s really overwhelming because I feel like I’m constantly looking for re assurance about continuing this journey and eating. I have brain fog aswell and I can’t concentrate on things because of my constant thoughts about food and what I’m going to eat/what I ate and the calories.
How much you had prepared for NCLEX
I studied for 3 weeks (almost) everyday! about 30-85 questions a day. I also listen to all of Mark K's lectures.
did you gave exam ?@@alyssamjobes
🩸🎉Congratulations🎉 🩸
thank you!!! ❤🔥
