Raphael, on the bottom of your stove are small "legs" that you can twist up or down to raise and lower your stove. If the oil is deeper toward you when you cook, just twist the legs counter clockwise.

Hi sweetie, here is how you deep fry melty things (you can even deep fry ice cream that way): you do exactly what you did with the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs, then you freeze it until completely solid. Then you do the flour - eggs - breadcrumbs one more time to the frozen object. Now that it is double breaded, it doesn't leak as quickly. Also you can deep fry until the exterior is perfect and then put it in the oven at a lowish temperature until the interior is warm. You're welcome, your chef friend ;)
Your/we're not ancient. He is just a baby without a good understand of history. Maybe all of history, but definitely history of technology and mechanics. lol

I laughed when you said "they had hand mixers in the 70's" only because my mom has to this day a working mixer from the 70's! Works better than the new ones! She's had it my entire life time. I told her she should buy a new one and retire the 70's one while it's still working. But it was the best mixer I have ever used. My new one isn't even close to that quality! And please do more Disney recipes! I truly enjoyed your video!

If you freeze the mozzarella beforehand that will prevent the cheese from getting too soft when it's deep fried. I learned this the hard way when the cheese was practically disintegrating while trying to cook it lol 😂
@@way9883 the way I always did it was I used mozzarella string cheese since those are already pre proportioned. If using a block of cheese I think it would be ok to freeze the entire thing then cut it into sticks once solid. I just always found string cheese easier lol
Cut and coat the cheese. Prepare it exactly how you want it for the finished product. Freeze it completely, and then fry until golden brown and melty! 🙂 Eta: string cheese like another commenter mentioned is actually my favorite to use.
Cream of Tartar is actually a stabilizing agent. It makes sure your egg whites won't break down fast and will keep their shape. If you making a meringue it is an ingredient you would use to make sure the meringue would keep it shape as you bake it. Why did I decide to write this, but anyway really nice video.
