This was great! Short and sweet. Loved the music! I work out outside in the backyard, looking at the iPhone screen and it gets super bright. Making a background brighter and clothing dark for thee biggest contrast could improve the visual. Although it’s already great. I’m 4 months postpartum and getting back into working out. This was perfect for me, with very helpful modifications
This was so fun! I'm 19weeks pregnant and this was perfect for me! Lauren thank you for the motivation for me to show up! You are showing that you can feel good and move your body and still challenge yourself while pregnant. I Hope to see more of you working out while pregnant so that I can keep doing so as well. It really helps to see other to be mommas taking care of themselves through working out xxxx
Appreciate these simple workouts. Good for when I’m already tired (which is quite often) but still want to get the workout in. Although I may sub that walkout move for something I little more intense. 🙏🙏🏋️♂️

Awesome workout!! Question: in that first move where we had to lunge back - Is it ok to lunge without tapping my knee all the way to the ground? I’m always terrified I would hurt my knee in that move
