Horrible CEO. Not hiring enough staff to care for patients adequately. Granted the medical staff running short do their best but sometimes it takes a toll on moral when your unit is always short and having to pull the break relief or charge to cover assignments not cool. Yes, it's nice to expand but I hope they hire more staff!
