Gaius Baltar is the ultimate survivor. And a brilliant re-imagining of a very one dimensional charracter from the originals.
The books of the time did provide a *little* more dimension.
One of my favorites. Giaus is such a good actor. Such a goofball. I love this show!

The strange thing is that he is a programmer, not a physicist or a biologist (he was not very professional with the computer in this situation, but he understands a lot about genetics)...
The series kind of made Gaius an expert in what he needed to be at the given time

This episode is 20 years old and it shows the dangers of AI in our near future: Using AI to create false evidence and condemn someone of a crime they didn’t commit.
Yes, Baltar was mostly responsible for the colonies destruction but he didn’t purposely betray humanity. Six used AI technology to make it seem like he did.
Maybe back in 2004 the concept of AI being advanced enough to create false evidence and frame somebody felt futuristic, but now it’s a possibility.
This episode (and this show) aged very well
At 1:43-1:45 , is that Jamie Bamber’s (Apollo’s) stunt double?? Lol the guy soo closely resembles him, tho in a freeze frame at 1:44 you can tell it’s not actually Jamie..
There are some individuals right now wreking havoc globally that I would love to see panicking like Gaius when they finally have to answer for their crimes against humanity.

@@hank35682 I know. But too much, I am immersed in a false universe, that is, a film universe, as if I were living there and taking part in everything that happens there. I had a dream about a non-permanent image. only what I remember, that I was (how crazy it sounds and funny or for fear) son of cylons about Six and Baltar.
I have to change my focus and not take fictional characters played by real people seriously
Anyway, I have to put off watching a short one, because it, destroys my psyche.

I'm afraid self, that medicine, literally about dreams, has no cure. Because, there is no doctor by profession: heal patients for this, i'm dreaming while they were asleep.
I can talk to anyone, but a conversation, won't fix anything.
In my opinion, an interview with a psychologist or psychiatrist is not necessary.
About my nightmare, I don't take this on real, in my life and no i think i am someone who flew off / peel off myself.
