Yay! My first creative venture into the world of pony music. Please keep in mind, that I intentionally didn't follow the original song very closely, and tried to incorporate many melodies and ideas of my own.
I very well may create more pony inspired music in the future, so please stay tuned and enjoy!

I like a lot of the songs in FiM, but because of television restrictions I can't fathom, they can never be that complex or layered.

RaggedViking I wholeheartedly agree! I think anyone who dies should be able to go to wherever world they loved to watch/read about. For me, I would spend time in Equestria, at Hogwarts, at Camp Half-Blood, and on Berk! Who says heaven is just one world?

LunarGameTime ... You say that as if I wasn't here back then, lol. You must not have gone to EQD much. Or at the very least, read the comments. I was everywhere until FiMfic started up. Then I moved there. I've been around since March/April of '11. Don't know what you mean, WOULD HAVE enjoyed. I DID enjoy it! Back when Past Sins had only just started, and there wasn't auto-hate for Nyx, or getting excited at crossovers like Fallout or My Little Chrono: Triggers are Magic. I was, and still am, a pre-reader. Helped with Past Sins, The Empty Room, Through the Eyes of Another Pony, and several others.
Sorry, I'm sounding rude and condescending now.
Point is, yeah, things WERE freaking awesome back then! We didn't even know if we'd get a second season, and yet here we are, waiting for season FIVE, with several more confirmed, yeah? (Or was that just a rumor still?)

He had his whole life in front of him and it was snatched away just like that. Though things always happen for a reason, rest in piece dude.
A stroke.. unfortunately, most likely due to unhealthy lifestyle. His work was beautiful.. but while I don’t know his living conditions, making music this good usually requires lots of sitting. And if he does not compensate that with exercise and healthy eating, well..

I definitely like your rendition of the song. It has that light hearted sensation flowing from it, and it does leave the mental image of a community working together. Its actually a good thing that you deviate from the original at times, meaning that instead of it just being another cover, you make the song your own. I look forward to future works from you.
