The RP application type "Pandora" sucks, it is bad, the games are in Chinese and their store is also horrible with games with changed names, besides that the order of the controls is unconfigured and it is not easy to change them. I want to delete all that content from my SD card, but I don't know what to delete and what not. put a sdcard with good roms. My big problem is that I don't know how to do it, I hope you can do another tutorial explaining this method because Mame games do not work for me :(
That's helpful! Could you tell me how to download images through the browser? I can't figure out of the Right Click on images to SAVE them. It just won't show me the little pop-up menu. I tried holding down A on a picture but it won't show a download option, or any option that is.... I tried with chrome and the built-in browser. Thanks!

Hello I have noticed that the other emulator for PS 1 you mentioned doesn't navigate to the external how does someone do that it wont show it when I search for my roms? the PS one
So the file navigation is a little tricky on RP2 but once you get it, it's pretty easy. The folder you want to find is the "storage" which is at the root level. Once you find "storage" "/storage/sdcard1" is your external SD card. If you're talking about the FPse emulator, are you asking me about setting the ROM path? I've made a video about that. Check my channel. Basically there is a setting in "Advanced" where you can set the rom path and you want to set it as "/storage/sdcard1/roms/ps1"

Look out for Retroid Pocket 2+. You can buy an upgraded PCB that has the better chipset and upgrade current Retroid Pocket 2. It's not out yet but they will be releasing it before the holiday.

Not sure why you would call it a fancy pc stuff but yes. This is just an Android device. You can access the web browser on Android devices (phone/tablet) and download files.
Could you make a movie about multiplayer? How to play multiplayer. Maybe using BT and one pad paired and Retroid connected through HDMI to TV?(so 1 player play on retroid and 2nd player play on pad through BT) Or maybe there is other methods to play multiplayer. Can I play Contra or Goal3 with someone? Im curious about multiplayer option.
There is a whole lot to it than that. Retroid has 2 OS systems. If you use Retroid OS app like you said, they have a market store where you can download from their server, but the download speed is very slow and the selections are limited. If you use a base Android OS, it is pretty much an empty Android OS, so you can put files in/dump your own ROM files into the device.
This website still works (make sure you click the right button) but you can also search for "Roms download" on Google, and you'll find tons of websites that host them.
This is great and all, but its super illegal and can be kind of detrimental in terms of getting too much exposure to ROM sites, leading to them being shut down. Other than that its a great video lol
@@dj2bklyn all it takes is it to be exposed to the wrong person. Its happened with a bunch of other ROM sites. Just cuz coolrom has been around for awhile, doesn't mean it can't happen to them

It has a game store but not in the Android OS you have to install the Retroid app and switch to that OS. It comes preinstalled with around 2k games then you can get more from the store,. This guy posted a video on it search for Retroid app
There is a reason why other renowned UA-cam retro device reviewers refrain from discussing how to download ROMs. This is the kind of stuff to be googled and learnt, not taught in UA-cam.
Update: 7zipper is not needed to do this. MIX app can unzip .7z files as well.

The device reads out battery status wrong, every third order or so has issues like that. There are more people with battery issues than without

If you are trying the arcade roms, you need to keep it as a .zip file

Earthbound for SNES? You can use SNES 9x emulator instead or you should be running SNES core. Are you doing that?

You have to exit the mouse mode and enter the keypad mode, then you can navigate the menu items in RetroArch

There is a store on the retroid app. Just hit home and go to game store. There’s not a whole lot of games but it’s easier than this way
