    Calf slicers/ bicep slicers, heel hooks are submission I don’t play with, I respect the moment I feel it’s on and tap out instantly

      its a sneaky move. Usually you dont get your arm caught in a " slicer" when youre on top position. poor guy didnt see it coming at all

    The opponent seemed genuinely scared that he did a lot of damage. BJJ is a dangerous art form and these kind of accidents happen quite often

      Idk about that. I’ve broken 13 bones dirt jumping mountain bikes and every time it hurt a lot worse than a cramp.

      @@Delta045_Eh cramps eventually pass, you can stretch out and back in a bunch to help that. Didn’t even snap my wrist when I ate shit off the bike, just cracked it across to the thumb. Next day I was dry heaving from the pain, never done that with a cramp

    Unless your getting paid big bucks or competing is your career, if someone has you, just tap. If you have been doing jitsu long, you know when your caught. The lasso slicer seems to be purple and below forgotten sub.
    Now hes out 3-6months training and life stuff,work etc.

    This same move was done to me in training and I tapped a split second before my arm exploded like this dudes. Closest I’ve been to that bad of an injury and it’s because I wasn’t familiar with the move. It’s confusing because you’re distracted with thinking you’re winning by passing the guard.

    As participation in Jujitsu this could happen but there is always a 50/50 chance it’ll happen that’s why you always want too tap out. As the fighter Glover said, when he was the coach of my brother in jujitsu always tap out or injury may attack or may you slack

    i broke my arm and couldnt go back to jiu-jitsu for like 4 months, when i do go back, my arm hurts a lot. i cant do a simple submission like a shoulder lock without it hurting. might have to quit

      He did, but the rush of adrenaline rising stops you from continuing feeling as much pain as before, it's the natural pain killer, then your body goes to shock mode, as you can see it in his behaviour.

    This is the reason why this sub isn’t allowed u til brown and black belt…. Not sure why blue belts are even playing with it. I’m like 99% sure that this competition has this tech as a DQ. I would be surprised if it wasn’t. This is three peoples faults, the ref for not seeing it or stopping it, the person applying the sub, and the person who was defending.

    I did jujitsu for along time... Cant tell you how many times people seemed to disappear from the class because of injuries. Normally caused by white belts with no control.😂
