This song is a remix of Paris Promenade from Mario Kart Tour! I love this theme because it remind me of Chef PP from SML, even though it's French. Wii Oui Baguetté. Sorry not sorry for the racism lol. Anyways, th lead is played by the toy melodica, along with the piano playing different parts in different segments. You'll hear it alot. The drums are a bit different, taking inspiration from Peach Garden in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
