Last fall, bought a PAM915, no date running seconds Luminor, 44mm in house movement 8 days and 300m water resistance, one of their lower priced model, comes with a leather and rubber strap. Wear it quite often. Love your Pam, the green strap gives it life, but not bling. For the summer took off the blue strap and put an orange horus strap on, in the fall, will put the leather back on.
Whether someone likes the timepiece you chose or agrees with your thinking process of purchasing a timepiece really is inconsequential. Everyone has their personal preferences. I usually prefer their luminor and submersible collection. Never really found the radiomir appealing. In any case, it's always exciting to find the watch you're actually looking for. Kudos to you on that. 👍

Congrats on your new Pam! I own the PAM574 as well and love it. Great size with good water resistance and have all key Panerai features eg sandwich dial, cushion case and clean dial and best of all a hand wind open case back. I’m sure you will enjoy it for a long time!

I would trade a date window for a big fat Panerai sandwich #3 all day long. Display back with hand wound in-house movement is really nice. I'm glad you held out for all the things you wanted. Taking a little extra hit on the front end only hurts once, compromising on what you want is a kick in the sac every single day.
And don’t get me started on all the fakes, that even the manufacturer cannot soo and thinks are true ones 😂. And what’s this 30m resistance? Ridiculous! The Omega moonwatch is more water capable than a divers watch???
A good find to add to the collection. Buy your non watch nerd friends a Chinese Air Force 1963 chronograph instead of a moonswatch. A much better watch and cheaper too. A very entertaining video. You drank too much coffee. 😉😉

I’ve only seen one on one other person and he was a big air pilots for the US Airforce and it even seem to hang off him. Idk if I will ever look at them. But I found the zenith I want thanks to you and I will be asking my AD for it asap

My all time favourite Panerai is Pam620, 42 mm automatic with small rotor which I never bought, unfortunately. Also, I never understand why Panerai is going down in spec - less water resistant, no stop second function, removing in house movements from production line in favour of Richemont corporate movements, but prices are going up in same time. 🤯
That 620's exhibition caseback is so nice I would wear the watch face down on my wrist to show it off. Regarding specs; WR doesn't really bother my, it's not like you are going in the pool with a crock strap on anyway and 30M is safe to swim in. I think too many people are too caught up in specs. Now I am going to contradict myself and say I really don't like their direction with regards to the movements. No hacking is ridiculous and I'm a huge fan of the P.9010 with it's jumping hour hand.
You obviously haven’t read the articles from perezcope about all the BS that panerai has been feeding all the customers, about their history, innovations, etc... they don’t worth your time nor your obey. Overpriced and full of lies. I like them visually but I’ll never spend so much money for so little.
