Ya’ll….. in her chapter about growing up and getting old, she talks about how she believes we don’t have to suffer in disease and be hooked up to machines as grow old anddie. That we can choose to die peacefully in our sleep. In 2017 Louise died peacefully in her sleep from natural causes at age 90. I just burst into tears ❤️❤️❤️ The Power truly is within us!

I credit her for saving my life. I read her book in late 1999 when my life was pear shaped, marriage failing, bankruptcy looming, etc. I changed it all around due to Louise. My heroine. 💝

I never had parents and had an abusive childhood but I always believed in LOVE. 48 now....I was and still am protected by my guides and guardians and still a protector and advocate for LOVE and LIGHT. I have since been been reminded that I have volunteered to come to Earth to help hold the light to assist with Earth ascension and humanity's awakening.
always been happy and have great jobs in the corporate industry and attracted great friends and they all seem to look to me for guidance and stability. It turns out that I have predesigned everything before my birth including my childhood so everything is so good.
I live now in Sydney on the beach with a nice little job, great circles of friends and so much love everywhere I go. I feel protected and well looked after and the Universe takes care of me. Love the self and trust in the Universe. Life is beautiful everyday. Love and light. xxx

@@la381 no book....kist a belief in LoVE. Then one day I stumbled upon Delores Canon and abraham Hicks and that cemented everything I knew and felt about myself. Its al energy and vibration. They only thing real on this 3rd dimension life is LOVE! Love beats everything......EVERYTHING. Love and light to you.

I've been listening to her CD's every night as I go to sleep for years and years. She is the grandmother/mother voice for my heart and soul. I always feel comforted by her voice.

My beautiful dog boy wolf just passed away Saturday December 5th...I had played a couple of Louise Hay’s utube talks his last 36 or so, hours here on earth and she is so calming...he actually listened to her voice. I am listening because I need this so much. Prayers for my sweet angel, Howie, are welcomed.
Also, the positivities on this are so gorgeous.

Listening to Louise Hay and reading her books have changed my life. I grew up in a pretty violent family that struggled financially, so I had a lot of things to work through. I start every morning with the Louise Hay morning meditation, if I don't do it, I feel my anxiety jump up. I also listen to affirmations all the time. Been doing it for a few years now.
I love what you are doing in your nonprofit, you will change lives. I wish more people knew about this. I used to bring meditation classes to women's shelters in NYC, because I knew how much it changed my life. Healing is definitely a process. I would say my therapy helped me with the foundation sludge inside and then the meditation helped me with anxiety but the affirmation work topped it off(also do some journaling). We get fed so many negative words (especially when you grow up in certain environments) that aren't healthy. We can't make our past go away but we can work towards not letting it control our lives. Good luck with everything you are doing, it is extremely needed, this type of work should be everywhere. 👏

I discovered this great woman when she had already left this workd and at a time when I was so broken and hurting but my life has changed. Through her recorded tapes, I learned about loving myself and approving and appreciating who I am. The mirror work is working so well for me. My life has changed and I'm grateful knowing that out of every situations, only good will come and I'm safe.

My friend sent me a reminder about this book today. I really need this. I have been on a big healing journey this year in 2021. I have released so many wounds and trapped emotions. I have had to forgive and let go of so much. I am doing my very best to release what isn't serving me and to move into a new, more joyful, more aligned way of being. I want to be a full time holistic healer and share my gifts with the world. I am working on my blocks and my limiting beliefs. I am trusting the universe. I am allowing good things to flow into my life. I am receiving help from my angels and guides. I am allowing support from the universe. I am allowing the power within me to bring more aligned clients to me. To allow more healing work to he done. To create new relationships that are soul aligned. I love the cosmic kitchen concept. I place my order and assume my food is being prepared and delivered. I go on with my life and know it's being taken care of. If I don't get exactly what I want I will say "no that's not quite it, this is what I want "

Was it accidental?
I personally did and do everything listed below and I got massive results.
1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal... on a "goal card" or paper.
2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life.
3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins.
4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example... in the shower or when you are using the rest room.
5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF.
I hope this helps at least two people and someone pays it forward by sharing this.
The Power Within You is a book so full of valuable information about spirituality that can help so
many people turn around. I learned that love is what keeps
our Universe, and possibly others,
together. No matter what happen, I feel so good inside that everything is well. As you said at the end of the book, now from me to you: I love you Louise Hay.
So disgusting and sad that this information has been kept from us for a thousand years or more. If we had just learned this in elementary school and onwards. ..think how much better life could've been for everyone. Unfortunately there are dark entities residing in positions of power all over the world, feeding off our bad energies. So they do whatever they can to keep it that way. This is fact. Theyre from other worlds. This has been confirmed by whistle blowers over the decades. I know it's hard to accept but it's the truth. It's why the world has gotten so bad. But a mass rise of positive energy can and will win. Light always wins in the universe. The more people that wake up and discover books like these and change their lives the better.

Same here! I feel lucky to have seen her in person on her 90th birthday in San Diego. Seeing her in person brought great emotion and tears to my eyes. RIP, beautiful soul.

Louise you have been inspiring and encouraging me .
I've been listening to Louise hay for two years straight. I have been able to heal so much. I have been through hundreds of hours of therapy since I was 15 from abuse. Louise has helped me much more than all my therapy. I believe therapy can be very detrimental... I've had some weirdo psychologists.

I worked on the side with therapists, as I was one of the psychotherapists many, many years ago, and the attitudes of some therapists and psychologists were horrific. The sizes of their egos blinded their hearts and minds. Narcissism amongst therapists/physicians/psychologists is high. It may not be fully diagnosed Narcissistic Personality Disorder, but most of them don't understand what integrity is supposed to look like, what empathy and/or compassion for patients looks like or feels like. They are in it for themselves like any other business owner which is why I believe we must find our own answers by the support of authors like Louise Hay. That's not to say some therapists/doctors aren't decent. I'm merely referring to the industry as a whole. There is too much deception and too much power stolen from the patients in order to line the pockets of the business owners. Just like the conventional pha%rmaceutical and medical industries.

Louise L Hay passed away on August 17, 2017, and she helped a lot of people. I have many tapes, books and CD’s. I did not always agree with her, but she said that was ok on one of her tapes.

71 years young ...yoga...weights ...out of the blue or picked up too heavy items ...im single ...im having excuciating pain......groin ...low back radiates leg ...a little hip arthritis...MRI ...exrays ...drs. just want to give steroid shots or ....in future hip replacement ...😳😳😳😞😞😞...Maxine Taylor... @@Emilyyee520 thank you for that information!! I used to practice Qi gong - had a great instructor when I was stationed in Seattle with the Coast Guard. When I was working full time I worked it into my schedule every day. Then I retired and fell away from it. Something has been blocking me from it for some reason and I don’t know why. I’ll try this as a stepping stone to return.
BTW - if it interests you to learn more of Qi gong he was the best of many instructors I’ve tried. I had a life altering experience after my first class. He’s now having some on-line classes. One is starting next week. If you wish to look it up his style is called “Yi Ren” and Institute of Qi Gong and Integrative Medicine”. And his name is Dr. Sun. Great guy!!! Lynn

Dear Judy, I'm saying a prayer for you over here in Italy. I have had a similar injury and know how painful it is. Doctors are helpful, but imo always eager for intensive remedies. This injuries do heal, but patience is required. Treat yourself gently--gentle hip stretching exercises like the ones taught by Dr Jo here on UA-cam. Very simple self massage, nothing intense. A hot water bottle or heating pad. Take liquid supplements of calcium and magnesium, and if possible--this sounds strange--cod liver oil (for vitamin d and other reasons). some direct sunlight, if possible. Good luck!

Her words are so soothing and I found her again at the right time. I love that she acknowledges that you're not a bad person when in a mess (one that I created).
