I love Louise Hay to the moon and back! I had 3 chronic diseases when I first heard this meditation and bought her book. In 2 weeks after years of fibromyalgia I slept all night! it never returned! After 6 months I walked down the stairs like a normal human being and burst into tears when I realised what I did! There were plenty of those moments the more physically and mentally well I became. I was medically discharged from hospital off all meds in 1 year never to return! I live my life always by this Angels teachings, she really was sent by the Universe / God ❤ love to all xxx
How long had you looked for help and healing before finding her and following her teaching? Did you ever get other help, therapy or treatment, or is her tapes the ONLY one? I know that we all have our individual journeys and make-ups, some are easier to heall than others,, and mine is so complex that being without real emotional support and practical help, even without a social environment,makes it impossible to even manage daily now, since trauma attracts more trauma. Unless God, Christ want to help me, unless that is the ripe time. I want tit to be, but fear I am not whole-hearted yet, don't fully believe, am not constructive but mixed with destructive and despairing. Grateful for your reply, if you care to tell the answers? @@Medietos I was 55 had rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and emphysema. I had to leave the job I had enjoyed as a chef for 30+ years because I couldn't do it anymore, I was stiff all over, I couldn't stand for long or move my hands, I didn't sleep I woke every time I moved. I had disabled aids for going to the toilet I couldn't have a bath, I couldn't even press aerosol cans. I had to get up and down stairs on my behind, it took me 3 hours to get washed and dressed to leave the house. I lived on my own. I needed to work so I went self employed housekeeping so I could work part time and choose my hours. One day at work I knew I couldn't do physical work anymore it was agony, I was crying and thought what's going to happen to me! I was devastated, at that moment a leaflet came through the door for a diploma course in psychotherapy and hypnotherapy and I did it. This learning made me realise how much more there was to the mind, the more I was learning the less I knew! I start to think there's something more to being! At one of my cleaning jobs I saw a book you can heal your life by Louise Hay, so I googled her bought the book and listened to this meditation every night as I fell asleep. I had never heard of any spiritual teachers or practices, prehaps I resonate with Louise because of my childhood and a bad 20 year marriage, I was full of resentment, self hatred and a real victim! I didn't know this until I started her teachings. It took me off in other directions too, I meditate every morning only 20 minutes, practice mindfulness and gratitude throughout the day, I am vegetarian for 2 years ( just felt right for me because I fell in love with all living things ) Life for me now is the opposite of what it was. I am so happy, grateful and content. I know how blessed I am! I recently i discovered a film here on UA-cam called the phenomenon Bruno Groning, it was very interesting he has a following a group called the circle of friends which is world wide. You could look into it, I have and it's very inspiring. I hope this helps and I sincerely hope you find your calling, I send you love and healing with all my heart ❤x
20 years ago I was diagnosed with Non Hodgkin Lymphoma at that time Louise Hay came to Sydney at the Entertainment Centre for a one day seminar going to listen to her changed my life. I bought a set of her tapes, she totally changed my thinking from negative thoughts to positive thoughts. I was listening while sleeping. A dream I had was out of this world. There was a “team” working to heal me and a “coach” giving direction. It’s a challenge. Perhaps eat smaller meals every three hours. I’ve started this and it has boosted my moods, energy and is helping nourish me for challenging times ahead. I never buy or bring junk food into the house either. If you only have healthy snacks it helps. Drink lots of water, eat healthy foods, homemade foods not processed. Get active. Good luck. 🌹🌹 🤗
I had a hip pain for one week to the point that someone had to hold me to walk. The hip was so disjointed that one leg became longer than the other. Taking a shower was difficult, sitting down was difficult, walking was even worse. I found this and plugged my earpiece in my ears, totally relaxed my body and listened. When it was done I got out of bed to use the bathroom and all pain was gone. I hadn't worked for a week because of the pain and I was able to go to work the next day. Every ever so often when I remember the pain I was in I say "Thank you Father". Healing is available. It's not somewhere out there, Our Father placed it within us we just have to believe and receive. If you doubt you'll do without. I just took a second listen and I'll listen again many times as I seek healing for my ovaries and balancing of my hormones. All things are possible, ONLY BELIEVE. Be blessed and keep your mind positive. The God in me bless the God in you.

This is beautiful I have chronic tinnitus it's so loud I'm angry everyday and have been wanting to die... haven't slept properly for two years. I fear that I cannot heal and this will be forever. @@missamour1393 I can imagine, I have been there in dec2020, I brought up childhood trauma, and 5 hours after that I experienced tinnitus.. I wanted to die, I couldnt communicate, do nothing I was going crazy. It was sooo loud. I stayed in bed, 3 days, and after that the loudness went away, but I still hear it quietly, but manageble. I went to a psychologist to focus on the noise, and listen what it has to tell me, its my inner child screaming...im now healing from that. I hope you can afford a somatic therapist. wish you healing!

i have been listening to this for a week now early in the morning right after I wake up. My anger is much more less. Something happened yesterday, I wanted to take somethjng from the drawer, and at the same time I had to yawn... at that moment I couldnt move anymore...as if something from my spine jn my neck moved from its place. I cant move properly, as if something has went to its original place. Now I look in the mirror and the slight curve I had in the spine of my neck is straight again!! @LuckyNH27 teach your child they do not have to be a doormat for others to wipe their feet on. I was aggressively bullied as a child by a mentally ill parent. To this day I still get into situations in which I allow others to bully me and I don't know why other than I do not know how to value myself. It leaves me frustrated and angry and wanting to self mutalate. I am sry for unloading on you but plz teach your child the are very valuable. Blessings.

Came across Louise Hay’s books on self-improvement reading apps, short summaries of her books already helped me so much. Really grateful to stumble upon this when another of Louise’s audiobook was recommended for me! I have already begun the healing process. I allow myself to heal. I love myself. I forgive myself. Louise Hay's ideas helped me identify my thought patterns that harmed me. But.... The constant repetition of a desire (affirmation) such as "I release the past hurts now" or anything like that didn't bring about real change. I spent a year chanting "I love myself, I accept myself and I approve of myself." It was a good mantra, something to combat the negative thought patterns with. But real healing took place with Reiki and therapy, a style of therapy referred to as Focusing. In one year, I accepted myself, identified my negative thoughts and where they came from and finally let go of the past and returned to self love.

I had to leave the job I had enjoyed as a chef for 30+ years because I couldn't do it anymore, I was stiff all over, I couldn't stand for long or move my hands, I didn't sleep I woke every time I moved. I had disabled aids for going to the toilet I couldn't have a bath, I couldn't even press aerosol cans. I had to get up and down stairs on my behind, it took me 3 hours to get washed and dressed to leave the house. I lived on my own. I needed to work so I went self employed housekeeping so I could work part time and choose my hours. One day at work I knew I couldn't do physical work anymore it was agony, I was crying and thought what's going to happen to me! I was devastated, at that moment a leaflet came through the door for a diploma course in psychotherapy and hypnotherapy and I did it. This learning made me realise how much more there was to the mind, the more I was learning the less I knew! I start to think there's something more to being! At one of my cleaning jobs I saw a book you can heal your life by Louise Hay, so I googled her bought the book and listened to this meditation every night as I fell asleep. I had never heard of any spiritual teachers or practices, prehaps I resonate with Louise because of my childhood and a bad 20 year marriage, I was full of resentment, self hatred and a real victim! I didn't know this until I started her teachings. It took me off in other directions too, I meditate every morning only 20 minutes, practice mindfulness and gratitude throughout the day, I am vegetarian for 2 years ( just felt right for me because I fell in love with all living things ) Life for me now is the opposite of what it was. I am so happy, grateful and content. I know how blessed I am! I recently i discovered a film here on UA-cam called the phenomenon Bruno Groning, it was very interesting he has a following a group called the circle of friends which is world wide. You could look into it, I have and it's very inspiring. I hope this helps and I sincerely hope you find your calling, I send you love and healing with all my heart ❤x

20 years ago I was diagnosed with Non Hodgkin Lymphoma at that time Louise Hay came to Sydney at the Entertainment Centre for a one day seminar going to listen to her changed my life. I bought a set of her tapes, she totally changed my thinking from negative thoughts to positive thoughts. Twenty years later I’ve never had to do Chemo, thank GOD 🙏🏼and Louise Hay 💕🙏🏼💕 Louise Hay R.I.P.

It’s a challenge. Perhaps eat smaller meals every three hours. I’ve started this and it has boosted my moods, energy and is helping nourish me for challenging times ahead. I never buy or bring junk food into the house either. If you only have healthy snacks it helps. Drink lots of water, eat healthy foods, homemade foods not processed. Get active. Good luck. 🌹🌹 🤗

I had a hip pain for one week to the point that someone had to hold me to walk. The hip was so disjointed that one leg became longer than the other. Taking a shower was difficult, sitting down was difficult, walking was even worse. I found this and plugged my earpiece in my ears, totally relaxed my body and listened. When it was done I got out of bed to use the bathroom and all pain was gone. I hadn't worked for a week because of the pain and I was able to go to work the next day. Every ever so often when I remember the pain I was in I say "Thank you Father". Healing is available. It's not somewhere out there, Our Father placed it within us we just have to believe and receive. If you doubt you'll do without. I just took a second listen and I'll listen again many times as I seek healing for my ovaries and balancing of my hormones. All things are possible, ONLY BELIEVE. Be blessed and keep your mind positive. The God in me bless the God in you.

This is beautiful I have chronic tinnitus it's so loud I'm angry everyday and have been wanting to die... haven't slept properly for two years. I fear that I cannot heal and this will be forever. I'm in my early 30 and feel like my life is over. The ainexty and worry has now caused constant palpitations. Her voice is so comforting give thanks for her wisdom. May peace return to me

@@missamour1393 I can imagine, I have been there in dec2020, I brought up childhood trauma, and 5 hours after that I experienced tinnitus.. I wanted to die, I couldnt communicate, do nothing I was going crazy. It was sooo loud. I stayed in bed, 3 days, and after that the loudness went away, but I still hear it quietly, but manageble. I went to a psychologist to focus on the noise, and listen what it has to tell me, its my inner child screaming...im now healing from that. I hope you can afford a somatic therapist. wish you healing!

i have been listening to this for a week now early in the morning right after I wake up. My anger is much more less. Something happened yesterday, I wanted to take somethjng from the drawer, and at the same time I had to yawn... at that moment I couldnt move anymore...as if something from my spine jn my neck moved from its place. I cant move properly, as if something has went to its original place. Now I look in the mirror and the slight curve I had in the spine of my neck is straight again!! To this day I still get into situations in which I allow others to bully me and I don't know why other than I do not know how to value myself. Came across Louise Hay’s books on self-improvement reading apps, short summaries of her books already helped me so much. Really grateful to stumble upon this when another of Louise’s audiobook was recommended for me! I have already begun the healing process. I allow myself to heal. I love myself. I forgive myself. Louise Hay's ideas helped me identify my thought patterns that harmed me. But.... The constant repetition of a desire (affirmation) such as "I release the past hurts now" or anything like that didn't bring about real change. I spent a year chanting "I love myself, I accept myself and I approve of myself." It was a good mantra, something to combat the negative thought patterns with. But real healing took place with Reiki and therapy, a style of therapy referred to as Focusing. In one year, I accepted myself, identified my negative thoughts and where they came from and finally let go of the past and returned to self love.
Rest in Peace Louise and look down from the vastness of space... you are still alive on earth ❤️
