I approve of myself, I had an older sister that was negative and dealing with her issues tht sadly 5 years difference I was a kid so I got her negative thoughts, and my feelings are also distorted . This helps

If I was valuable soul, God would have protected me.....not let me suffer from narcissistic abuse relentlessly. As the narc has proven time and again that I am crazy, worthless and deserve abuse and me existing or not makes no difference to anyone....and yes my own family disowning me as they believe that it's a narc husband's right to abuse you, betray you, abandon you, deplete you and own your life force, cheat with multiple partners ( in hundreds) because you shouldn't have any needs as a woman
