My gosh! I just brought my first drone which is the mini 2.Second time flying it, I crashed into the house railing. It was a very short distance and no damage appeared but it had this gimbal stuck thing. Your video is the correct Issue I had. Didn't even need to open it. Just popped it a little bit on the side and bang! back to flying! Thank you so so much!!
@@natalieeab Oh, I used a thin plastic screw driver and just pushed the plastic against the black “V” shaped part of the gimbal to the side it needed to be on and it popped on its on back to its original place.
I also had a (very small) crash. No damage. Not even a broken prop. But now the gimbal always tilts a bit. Calibration does not help. Did you experience this issue as well after your crash?
I recently crushed mu mini2 and broken the skeleton of the gimbal and got the same thing (gimbal stuck). I glued it and still getting it... I think I need to replace it with a new skeleton attaching the camera as this is very sensitive piece of equipment and even a slight modification makes it not usable
You are a life saver!!!!! I didn’t even have to take it apart I was able to put it back in place with just my finger!! Thank u!!!

You can go inside the battery compartment and unsnap the middle joints that holds the top half to the bottom half of the body.😉
Pro tip - took him 5 minutes to get it off LOL

How are you getting your videos to display full size on UA-cam. I don't understand why it is so difficult, especially when I post or go live.
The one rubber of my guimbal is broken..but the three is still there..is it okay?
