- The Seat Leon is one of the most competitively priced family hatchbacks around. Not only that, but it's also great to drive, widely available and features technology including LED headlights and satnav on many models. In this CarGurus Used Car Review Chris Knapman explains some of things to consider if you're in the market for one.
Written review: www.cargurus.c...
Pros
Good balance of fun and practicality
Spacious for both passengers and luggage
Extensive line-up means there's something for everyone
Cons
Some rivals are more engaging to drive
Ride a little firm on some versions
Badge lacks a little prestige

Just come on my recommended. I own a grey leon fr 2018 (currently in my pfp but soon to be replaced). Just wanted to say it’s a great car and I’ve been impressed with it for sure. Recommended.
Excellent review. Might be worth listing the recommended frequency of the timing belt replacement, depending on the engine. Not many people know how to look these up, let alone the plethora of engines offered over the model cycle.
Not even seat know properly at times . as what was the case with mine lol
@@raGEEE1986 60000 miles or 4 years just had my golf done the belt was in great shape though it could have lasted a lot longer.
@@jerryrawlings8885 my FR was stated 60k/4yr by one dealer then another dealer and seat uk stated 100k/5yr . changed it at 82k just as i wanted piece of mind
@@raGEEE1986 Very wise.
@@jerryrawlings8885 then needed a clutch at 105k as flywheel finally gave in
I am an happy owner of Leon estate 1.6 TDI Tech+ 64 plate . Got everything I need as extras. I should pick up friends from Airport, in total 4 adults (including me) 3 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases using climate and I haven't any usies with the travel, absolutely cracking on MPG, you top it up the fuel tank you gonna forget about it for long time ( in my case is like that)
My high is 180cm (5.9) and the passenger behind me was taller than me and he was fine with the legs room for that 1.5 hours of traveling, other two passengers was average size ladies
Hope that information is good enough for you guys
Pe Pcho I'm 6'3 all legs would I be comfortable in this car.
Nice car!
Chef John lol
🤣🤣🤣
Still in doubt which one i am gonna buy. Leon, Golf or Guilietta
Be diffrent and go for the guilietta!
@@jordanrudge3411 went to see one in real life and didnt like it .... also im 2 meters tall and didnt really fit good. Now looking into a gte
Go for the Leon. VW quality/reliability without the German boredom or the Italian unreliability
@@ernodios got the GTE, chiptuned it to 310 hp haha best car ive ever owned
I would stay away from the alpha...that's just my opinion. hope you make a decision that will leave you happy in the end
Dont talk about 1.6 gasoline...2.0 gasoline.😂😂
