This kind of reminds me of when Metallica and Guns N Roses headlined a show in Montreal back in ‘92. However though, a few things were different. Both sets were cut short due to unfortunate and medical circumstances, and the riot was 10 times worse.
I love how metal artists push themselves so hard to bring energy and raw emotions on-stage, even if they are meant to channel negativity and get people's blood pumping, and they get back stage and think 'Damn, that was intense. Hope nobody got hurt.' That shows good priorities all around.
Dude that’s insane! I used to play drums in my old band Verbana Darvell and we played small tours around MA CT RI and we ran into wild things and stress but that must have been really nerve wracking!
Thats what I was thinking people get all amped up and make stupid choices when they are in that mode. Keeping the crowd calm and zen was the right choice. Exhibit B the next band being basically forced to stop.
Yeah, that's why I Prevail didn't end their set early due to safety concerns with the crowd, it could result in a riot. Unfortunately, obviously, BMTH couldn't just keep playing until the stage collapsed, so I'm not sure what else they could've done here. This is why The Rolling Stones and Van Halen do the "have M & Ms with no brown ones backstage" demand in their rider. The rider includes what safety requirements they have for the stage, so the stage won't collapse with all the heavy lights and everything. If the M & Ms backstage have the brown ones in in it, it's an easy way to tell that someone wasn't paying attention to the details in the rider, therefore they might not have paid attention to the details in the safety requirements either. So they know if they can trust the stage or not, and cancel before the crowd is present over safety concerns.
Please continue to make these videos what an awesome way to show a concert from your perspective as an avid live concert attendee I have always wondered what it is like from the band’s vantage point absolutely amazing video

So they know if they can trust the stage or not, and cancel before the crowd is present over safety concerns.

Wow... Glad you all's were safe... A little Organic Bijou at the end there. Great tune.
Bro ive been a fan of your drumming for so long i love your style man you inspire me so much thank you
The drummer seems like the cool person in the group that really holds and ties the whole group together. So sick.
These POV's are sick! Keep doing it.
As a guitarist for 40 freaking years still awesome...Great vid
I'm a fan of I Prevail, of you, and of these extremely well done POV vids. Thank you and keep hitting the iron!
I thought I'd heard of your band and looked it up on Spotify and there it was. I had unknowingly added Gasoline to my playlist like 3 years ago. Crazy heavy hitter.
Man, that was intense. Getting those monitor sounds right before the show was stressful! I'm currently on tour and I'm at the whim of what the sound guy has available from his desk... can be touch and go in terms of what I get in my ears...Thanks for the POV!
I didn't know your channel, I didn't know your band, but that was suuper interesting to watch... What an experience!
i love you guys so much i just added gasoline to my playlist on spotify you guys are amazing its a shame about your experience there
