  • This is a follow up to my previous video about PSA possibly damaging 43 cards. They have admitted to damaging 11 cards and wrote me a check for $479 and also gave me a $100 voucher to use on a future submission.
It is important to hold these companies accountable where we can. The more we fight back hopefully they will change their practices.

Ouch damaged cards is the worst. I've had cards damaged by PSA, SGC and eBay's global shipping program. By far the easiest to deal with was eBay. Bought a couple pricey (to me anyway) cards in a lot. One of the card showed up damaged. I started a claim and sent some pics. Ebay said, no problem, refunded me for the whole lot. Had my money back and on my credit card in a couple days. Ended up getting a free shaq/Alonzo east -west refractor out of the deal. But dealing with these companies is never easy, sorry about your luck.

Thank you for watching. PSA used to do ok with situations like these when they took phone calls. If you got up early enough, you could follow up with CRC orders and talk to a Supervisor and stiff would get done. Now they are using an email ticket system called Salesforce which in my experience always gets caught up into a black hole.

Good, Fast, Cheap - pick two. In an over-printed market driven by the PSA 10 frenzy, it seems "Good" is being replaced by "Sloppy" in some cases, sadly. PSA processed 1.2 million cards in January ... If they worked seven days a week, that's 40,000 cards graded per day. How many seconds spent on each card?

Thank you for watching. Someone did the math about a year ago and it was less than a minute per card if they had 100 graders. We just have to keep holding them accountable where we can.

So the scratches are on the cards in same spot or on the cases ? If you sent them in clean thats some bs

Thank you for watching. I detail out in the first video the damage on the cards. Most of the cards I sent back all had the same scratch that appeared to be on the card. They were faint scratches and very hard to see without lighting. These did turn out to be on the cases and not the card and they reholdered them for free. Normally scratches on the case are very easy to tell and you can quickly see it without any trouble.
PSA says that they took out all of the cards and re-examined them. They found damage on 11 of the 43 cards that I sent back that was not there when it was sent to them.

Thank you for watching. We just need more people holding them accountable and bringing it to light. If enough people do it, it might get them to change their procedures and actually care about their customers.

We don’t need government over cards. Let’s take care of the border and irs frauds first.
