Too ironic that you mention your recent, bad experience[s] with PSA. I'm in the _same, boat_ !! Without going on a complete, diatribe, I'm pretty good with my grading results (historically). _Especially_ ,...when it pertains to Ultra Modern subs. But just so as to put my bewilderment into perspective, on January 18th of this year, I had a 28 card, Ultra Modern submission come back from PSA. I was _slightly_ (keyword: slightly!) off of my mark,...(in a positive way),...as far as Gem ratio/percentages are concerned. Out of 28 cards,...I hit 26 10's, and (2) 9's. On the second of February,...I had a 22 card submission @ PSA, pop; 19 for 22. This Friday, I had _another_ 22 card submission, pop. Only *ELEVEN* PSA 10's... _NINE_ PSA 9's,...._ONE_ PSA 8,...and a grade that up until this point, I had _NEVER_ received on a Ultra Modern card; a *PSA 5* ,...on a $3.00...Topps Chrome Pink - Michael Harris RC...!!?!? This type of result suggests to me,...one of only _TWO_ ,...reasonable & explicable realities; that I have gone *LEGALLY BLIND* in one eye & can't see out of the other, _OR_ ,...they have overzealous and/or under qualified/inexperienced, _NOOBS_ ...who've recently been brought on-board by PSA, to grade our cards...!!?! Nevertheless, I could go & on about my bewilderment with my recent results (not to mention; a *PSA 5* on a Ultra Modern sub; the _FIRST_ ,... _EVER_ ,for me), but alas; I digress. Have a 40 card baseball sub going out by the week's end. Like you, if these results are anywhere _REMOTELY CLOSE_ to what they were with my most recent sub, I too, will strongly consider ceasing giving my _hard earned money_ to PSA, for (humbly) _truly_ inexplicable & indefensible, grades!
Amen brother, as I was saying in my video, I’m usually pretty good with spotting imperfections and of course I’m human and miss things, but I have two cards coming back that are absolutely brutal in my opinion. One being a 5 on a tough set from the 90’s I expected an 8, and an ultra modern card from 2021 that’s a 6, which to me is just baffling. So like you said I’m either losing my eyesight or something is going on over there. I’ll keep an eye out for your next reveal!
I just sent my first batch of cards ever to be graded and I decided to go with SGC and people say you get more value out of PSA but I said not if they keep grading like they are and people quit using them
You know I rewatched the video like I always do and did notice it, not sure how they didn’t catch it, but card should not be a 10. Probably have them regrade it to be honest, I hate when they miss obvious things.

That Cole card 3/10 had a dimple on the right side of the card when the light hit it just right. Not sure if you caught that.
