I pulled the Corbin Carroll auto from Topps holiday. Sold it for $200 and a week later bought a update hobby and hit his gold auto of the 88 retro card

Yeah, no way am I ripping that card. The chances of a second auto are way to small and there are collectors I know that look for either the first or the last card on these numbered ones.
Was bidding on this topps Transcendent 1/1 patch auto jrod today thinking that my 1000 dollars would surely put me in the running. Watched it blow by 1000, then 2000 then made it all the way to 3000. So I came here to cheer myself up. That'll buy someone a house someday.

I still enjoy the channel and I was excited to be one of the finalists on the Xmas Trout giveaway I think last year. Congrats and keep up the great work!!
this release is kind of melting my brain. I understand the very limited release of rip cards and the temptation to rip cards but this is all rip cards why not just include regular cards and mini cards and no need to destroy all the regular cards. it just seems so odd
Hey i got a wild idea about a new way we can deliver cards, instead of hiding less/more valuable cards in other potentially valuable cards why dont we use foil to wrap them in so we dont have to destroy anything and still enjoy opening something up... Just a thought
Where can I meet you in Greensburg so you can give me a couple destroyed cards. I think I can come up with a way of getting that mini out without ripping it down the back.
@@JabsFamily if any of your viewers want to donate to the ' not destroying the card project ' let me know. I have the design, I just need a couple of measurements and a test subject. I wanted to buy some rip cards but 14 grandchildren + Xmas = no cards for you for a while.
@@altonT I'm also surprised by the approach in these videos. I would either sacrifice the back entirely and make sure not to bend the front card at all, or I would take a razor blade and try to delaminate the back panel entirely in one piece, so you could "put it back together" in a sleeve.

It seems odd to me that the base cards are serial numbered since they are basically made to be destroyed.
