Can’t wait to visit all the card shops there my first visit! Hit and miss just like the States from what i’ve seen so far. Seems to be either extremely expensive or dirt cheap at every card shops in Japan I’ve watched on UA-cam.

because distributors and stores that have online presence know they can sell terastal festival overseas (mainly US) for higher margins so they leave japan with nothing.

Sapporo is nice city⛄️ Yes, Terastal Festival is scheduled for a major reprint next month, so I think the price will slightly drop to some extent. However, since the demand is very high, it may sell out quickly and the price may not change much😅
Just for ur info in Hong Kong, it’s about $10000yen or more for 1 box of SV8a, so pricy😢 Normally it will be reprinted for many times, dun hurry for that 😅
I just came back from japan 4 days ago.. I managed to buy 4 boxes at 7000 with passport discount. Got the umbreon ..... I almost dropped it since I opened the pack on a mcdonalds while eating :P

It{s on a 3rd floor and 1rst flor has its buyback office (its new) , the other one is basement at the street corner oposite to big apple and gigio akihabara buildings. (I may be off by a block, I just stumbled onto those stores while looking for 151 masterballs) You can only use cash on those stores for the 10% discount

There may not be a place to get English trading cards in Sapporo, especially Pokemon🫨 Amenity Dream sells the English version of MTG, though:)
