Hi friend. I just used pollishing disc. The gray rough one, the disc most stainless steel user used before they use a buffing cloth. About the sanding part. You can use grit 60 or 80.
Basta sumunod lang po sa mga dapat ilagay tulad ng mga safety features like turn signals and proper placement of license plate etc. May new exhaust pipe po ako ba nilagay dyan. Na mas low profile and tahimik. Para sigurado. May new video ako about the pipe. Ty

If you are asking for the materials about the sit. I did used a fiber glass cloth and then fiber glass mat. Then I applied the resin with hardener. The green putty thing that I applied, is just a body filler. Don' t hesitate to ask anytime. I will be happy to share it. Ty!
@@Bigbull_stockmarket The liquid is fiberglass resin. Just add some hardener. The ratio range for catalyst to resin is 1 to 2 percent hardener to the total volume of resin to be used. But in my case I dont normaly follow the rule of the mixing. I prefer one tablespoon of hardener, mix it with 1 liter of fiber glass resin. Make sure your work space is well ventilated. Wear mask and gloves if its your first time using . Work fast because it will get hard in just about 15 min.

Hello Miko ty. Idagdag mo pa ito 3. Pvc board, ilalagay siya sa ilalim ng upuan yung gilid lang strip lang i rivet sa ilalim kasi doon kakapit ung tacker ng mag upholster. Sorry hindi ko na i vlog yung part nayun. Pero I will make a video para dun. Mabibili sa lazada ito. 4. Lots of sand paper. Pili kanalang ng grit na gusto mo. 5. Cutting disc Basicaly yun lang. Yeah I know someone will notice the thumb nail haha. Yeah I removed it after the shot. Check 2:16, I just need it for the thumbnail. Anyway the tank is 100% completely bone dry. Because The bike was stored inside my garage for more than 6 months with no gas and not running. It is a repo from my company. And decided to make it my own build 😁👍 thank you so much.
@@AriesArriesgado Oh, In India it's illegal to modify bikes and other vehicles.. You can't ride Modified bikes, you can't carry it.. If police catch you then they will make heavy fine..
@@abcd1020 That is sad, well here in the Philippines we also need to follow some rules. As long you have the proper safety features of the bike. Like break lights needs to be seen same as the turn signals, no loud exhaust pipes etc. There are many talented bike builders in India and the Philippines. I hope our custom scene in our countries will not die.

Nasa 2,500 dipende sa presyo ng materials. kasi custom made lapat sa motor mo. kasama na lahat dyan ang upholstery. mas mura po sa lazada kaso hindi custom fit or made na sasakto sa frame ng bike mo. Kung kaya nyo po sundin yung proseso ng fiberglassing tulad ng mga nasa vieos ko mas makaka mura kayo. :)

Boss idea ano material mo sa fiber mo?
Yung unang layer sir. fiber cloth and then kasunod don fiber mat. Yung ipinahid ko resin and hardener. Dito lang sa local na paint center ko kinuha yung mga gamit ko. thank you!

No idea po hehe. Baka po madisappoint kayo kasi dipo ako pro bike builder. Basta sa mga gulong, grips, handle bars etc. Aabot po yan ng hindi baba ng 10k. Sa labor po nakatipid dahil ako mismo nag build. Wala papo ako idea papano ko siya bigyan ng presyo 😁 salamat po😊

Hello Nestor, to be honest hindi ko alam papano ko presyuhan ang build ko. Una po, I am not a pro builder. Basta ang gastos ko sa mga break light, turn signals, grips, handle bars, tires. Ay hindi bababa sa 10k . Labor free, kasi ako po mismo ang nag build. Pero base sa mga nakikita kong pro builder sa mga FB page, ang presyuhan nila ay nasa 30k pataas. full custom napo yun. Yun lang sayo mang gagaling ang unit o yung bike mismo. sa kanila lang ang customization. Thank you po! be safe.

Yeah I know someone will notice the thumb nail haha. Yeah I removed it after the shot. Check 2:16, I just need it for the thumbnail. Anyway the tank is 100% completely bone dry. Because The bike was stored inside my garage for more than 6 months with no gas and not running. It is a repo from my company. And decided to make it my own build 😁👍 thank you so much.

@@AriesArriesgado Oh, In India it's illegal to modify bikes and other vehicles.. You can't ride Modified bikes, you can't carry it.. If police catch you then they will make heavy fine..
@@abcd1020 That is sad, well here in the Philippines we also need to follow some rules. As long you have the proper safety features of the bike. Like break lights needs to be seen same as the turn signals, no loud exhaust pipes etc. There are many talented bike builders in India and the Philippines. I hope our custom scene in our countries will not die.

Paturo ka sa pinag bilhan mo sir. Dinaman siya mahirap gawin. Ang kalaban molang dyan, makate yung fiber pag nalagyan na ng resin.
