Are you wearing headphones to hear first or second pop?
How do you set up the microphone?
Good question - these are noice reduction headphones just to protect hearing (the roasting facility can be quite noisy as we discussed in the video)
Cupping done right after roasting or do they let the beans degas a few days before?
Excellent video. I wish I can partner with you to learn more about the know-how. I am from a big producing coffee country. People are waking up to coffee consumption. Good opportunity to make money.
