Thanks for supporting this video twice hahaha We had to re-release this video because the initial launched got flagged by UA-cam for a copyright strike but we got it sorted out. Thanks again for your support! This channel is going to be so sick
To me iron rangers have always lacked in the grippiness department...... But the fact that you guys installed all wheel drive on those bad boys is just amazing Keep up the good work
I would love a pair of outdoors slippers like this. It makes going out to pick veggies, run to the shed, water the plants, etc. more convenient then always donning work boots for short tasks.
That renovation/repurposing is "off the hook"! Totally awesome! I have several pairs of boots that I would love to have done like this, as they've been worn well, but still wearable, and they would be great "back yard" and "gardening" mules, rather than Crocs (UGH!) or some other cheap crappy mule or slide. These will not only make for easy-on-easy-off but also offer some valuable protection and support that can't be found in cheaper alternatives! Awesome job!
I don't think I could cut apart almost new $300 plus boots. But, then again Weston goes where no one else does. Now there is 3 channels to watch...Thanks Weston for something very different type of video again..
Nicely done! Great results by any standards. I think voice-over might be preferable to the written explanations. Might be worth a try at least. I expect it to make it easier to keep one's eyes on the work. Best of luck with this channel, I'm looking forward to your next clip!
Voice over on occasion preferred, but doesn’t have to be done at the same time as the video being shot. Narrated over the top would be better as you don’t have to breathe, cut and concentrate all at the same time. Love the real leather cutting sounds.
My great or Great great grandfather was a cobbler. He made shoes for president Tyler we still have all of his equipment including his bench\seat it's pretty cool
Uh hardest subscribe pressing jet. As iron rangers are one of my favorite designs of boots this was hard to watch. On the other hand i get it. They are not rare boots and you have big rotation of special boots and they actually suit perfect to be work slippers for workshop with real doule toe good leather and style. They are unique usable and different to make sence in your rotation more than being a back seat boots next to crazy stuff you have there. I hate it and love it. Good work
I would do something different with the laces, since they arent vey functional, you could wax a flat lace and than tie it in a way that keeps the knot out of sight. you could at least tie the laces up in a decorative pattern, with two slightly different laces with different hues or colors to them. Also might want to think about one of those knife holders on these, because if you wear these around town you will get into a fight for sure.
this is a great channel idea, do you think youll open up the possibility of viewers such as m'self sending in shoes for resoling or revamping maybe a bit of personal weston touches or colab with pnw boot boys for viewer boot upgrades or any of that kinda stuff
Could you guys put a leather lining inside your favorite sneaker? I’m wondering how plausible it would be to do.. Insole would be no problem but I love the feel of a full leather lining in a shoe. I would love to get any help from you guys! A video tutorial? Thx either way
I want a pair holy shit I’ve never wanted a piece of footwear more in my life👀 this is the type of artistic vision you see from high fashion collaborations.
Dude....all bs'n aside, I would totally buy those. I have a farm in Thailand and those would be perfect for some quick chore work. I've never liked crocs or other sliders with open toes etc. I would absolutely wear those just about every day. Amazing idea my man!
So, I saw the mock toes Radian did and have been tossing around the idea of doing this myself. I don’t have the sewing machine but I could do it by hand. Just would take a while. I wear clogs around the house and have been searching for a good replacement. Nice job!

For future builds you should have a segment where you talk about the finished product.
I would love a pair of outdoors slippers like this. It makes going out to pick veggies, run to the shed, water the plants, etc. more convenient then always donning work boots for short tasks.
I can't believe how much I actually like those
These are surprisingly appealing to me. It's like having a rugged house shoe.
I wouldn't call this an upgrade, but that's fun
Walk/Strut into a redwing store and say you are looking for another pair- enjoying the blanks and lost stares- Cool build.
I thought I switched to slow playback speed when the sewing machine start moving. The noise and movement is so soothing.
Impeccable work! I might not be bold enough to wear them but my dad would totally be rocking those on the boardwalk, socks included 😂
Omg the Mint transition killed me

Absolutely descent, I'd wear them at the beach/ boardwalk😂
Pretty cool, but I still feel for those boots being cut down, they were a good looking pair originally too. No hard feelings.
Didn't know Croots were something I'd want one day.
They were too busy thinking if they could, they didn't stop to think if they should. Nicely executed though!
When cutting down boots stick a 2x4 in there.
Works great
It's hideous. I love it.
I’m over here saving for a pair of iron rangers and you turned these into sandals 😫
Really enjoyed the simplistic style of this video with no V/O, can’t wait to see what you make next!
Blacksmiths would look 🔥 like this
Those look very nice!
Yes! Definitely gonna follow this channel with a keen interest
Those are definitely heat with the slingblade back. I have to support this channel, loving the content being put out, you guys are awesome.
The leather and boot lovers answer to crocks and Birkenstocks.
Weird idea! I like it.
i’d def wear a pair of those!
Absolute madman. Loved the content.
Like an Iron Croc with that strap
I don't think I could cut apart almost new $300 plus boots. But, then again Weston goes where no one else does. Now there is 3 channels to watch...Thanks Weston for something very different type of video again..
I did something similar with an old pair of docs. Never knew it’s a thing.
the perfect clown sandales
This is kinda wild, but came out pretty good!!
What a cool first build. Well done! I hope you wear the shit out of those things.
That looks pretty cool
Man I would never wear those but that is such a cool project. Well done!
Ah it's back and I can now watch it 😂 Damn man I could watch that sewing machine all day
Nice work!
Only two so far, but I am loving this series!
Great work! Nice Crocs😂
You said sewing machines are so cool, but dang, walking feet are so cool. I've never used a machine with a walking foot.
Liked! Commented! Subscribed!
Can't wait to see a Rose Anvil Franken-boot: JK+Nicks+Whites!
Nicely done! Great results by any standards.

Agreed. I think we needed a bit more consistent audio maybe more ASMR-ish audio or even track underneath. Felt like I was listening with volume off.
I prefer this style myself

fabulous work! excited to see more :))
Cool Video, like the way you did the roll on top. Will keep my eyes open for a used leather sewing machine.
The Rose Anvil ASML channel...
Love this design I would wear those very cool.
I always wondered what Frankenstein was up to nowadays...
My great or Great great grandfather was a cobbler. He made shoes for president Tyler we still have all of his equipment including his bench\seat it's pretty cool
Love the new channel Weston! Glad im able to start with you from the beginning!
That’s so awesome
2015 said “What are thoooose?!”
That's a pair of really stupid shoes. Love it!
Why re-upload?
Awesomeness
Didnt this come out last week?
Nearly puked all over my laptop, no...... Iron Ranger mules?? that's like the 'happiest' thing ever!
I think this is great. Nice work. Cobble on despite those noisy haters.

Why are they actually really cool?
This is just the best lol
That is awesome, i would buy those!
Iron Crocks, I dig it.
Awesome
Huh...I didn't think I'd like them, but they're actually not bad.
Only thing that caught my eye
Surprised y'all don't use zippos, like some brass ones w the butane insert
this is so fucking cool dude. really inspiring
LOVE this new channel. What kind of utility knife do you use.
this is a great channel idea, do you think youll open up the possibility of viewers such as m'self sending in shoes for resoling or revamping maybe a bit of personal weston touches or colab with pnw boot boys for viewer boot upgrades or any of that kinda stuff
Crazy! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Can we get some reviews of the builds after a few months?
Would be nice seeing these resoled ❤😊
They would have benn cool just as a Derby.

Be careful to not step on the shrums so you don't mess up your buuts
I.... I am impressed that these actually look like something many people would wear, they look amazing!
I want a pair holy shit I’ve never wanted a piece of footwear more in my life👀 this is the type of artistic vision you see from high fashion collaborations.
$400 work crocs are go hard tho
Ahaha, they look goofy but somehow appealing at the same time. Very curious but fantastic re-build.
Oh man. I love it and hate it.
LET'S GOOOOOO !!!
I love the way they look, but when those white socks came out I was rotfl
what have you done?! 😂
I so love this sort of creative refurbish! What a great idea!
Might be better without the strap and a thicker insole?
Dude....all bs'n aside, I would totally buy those. I have a farm in Thailand and those would be perfect for some quick chore work. I've never liked crocs or other sliders with open toes etc. I would absolutely wear those just about every day. Amazing idea my man!
You get a lot of heel slip in them?
bruh i can't even afford these and hes turning them into fucking crocs 😂
awesome work thumbs up!
I would love to wear these! They a 10.5? Lol
Hmmm🤔I think those are now....? (CROOTS!) Boots Turned Croc!?!? Or Crocs turned Boot!?!?
that slow sewing speed though... wow. did you use a servo + 45mm pulley + speed reducer combo?
Wouldn't it have made more sense to keep the shaft and redo the rest of the boot? Very well done either way!
Gotta be honest, it hurt to see the IR’s get chopped…but the mules came out sooo good! Great work.
I love this. I'd totally rock them with the Rose Anvil tag
I think you're awesome ,but I don't know bout turning redwings into crocs
So, I saw the mock toes Radian did and have been tossing around the idea of doing this myself. I don’t have the sewing machine but I could do it by hand. Just would take a while. I wear clogs around the house and have been searching for a good replacement. Nice job!
Possible test truman boots
