We just got back from Paris yesterday and your picks were on the money. I had downloaded a bunch of your videos to review on the plane. This compilation will join the guides on Thatch as our go to resources for our next trip. Merci, Colleen and Antoine!!

we just arrived in Paris and did Chez Savy as our first dining experience! Oh MY GOD!!! It was a life changing meal. The bone marrow, the duck confit! Its like we died and went to heaven! Guys you are literally the best! This channel is out favorite in all of youtube and we are so grateful for all your suggestions. This has helped us organize this amazing first trip to Paris for us and I can tell how genuine and caring you guys are about all this. We will be coming back and exploring so many more of your amazing experiences! Merci merci!!

Hi, great tribute to bistro cuisine in Paris. I'm French but I presently live outside France and have almost forgotten the great connection the French feel with their cuisine. Your video just revived that special connection and I thank you for that. French cuisine at its climax may feel too elaborate but "bistrots" usually offer staples of signature regional specialties both simple and delicious. Tout ce qu'on aime!
OMG! I could watch the two of you eat all day!! I love your enthusiasm. The frog legs dancing was hysterical, and clearly Colleen was enjoying them! I have never seen the device to heat up the cheese like that. Clearly, I need to meet up with the two of you the next time I come to Pairs!!

I'm completely stuffed after watching this, and I haven't eaten since yesterday!
I didn't get to eat everything I had hoped to try but I did get the Profiterols and a salad with fried cheese, lardons and egg. The onion soup I had was made with chicken broth and was so flavorful you'd swear it was beef broth. Loved my ham, cheese and mushroom galette and butter and sugar crepe. The rest of the meals were delicious as well. Just need to come back.

A charcuterie board literally makes me happy. It’s the first thing I go for at every party. I could be completely happy with a good wine, cheese, fresh fruit, some salty meat and I would be so pleased. I’m Sicilian so I grew up with some very similar ways.

I enjoyed these the first time around and even more in this compilation; great to find them all in the same place. I went to Savy because of this video (the first time I saw it) and we had the same waiter as you. The food was great as was the service. I had the foie de veau and it didn't disappoint. On our way back to London we went to Terminus Nord, a really busy place with great food and service, when you're next in that neck of the woods, I thoroughly recommend it. The sole meuniere is delicious.
My mouth is watering watching. Thank you so much for an early Christmas gift. Hope to try one or two of these bistros when we visit next April.
