Breitling is more innovative than Omega, creating the modem Chronograph everyone uses, first Automatic Chronograph, First Chronograph in space, Breitling Emergency, Superocean came our same year as Seamaster amd was first dive watch to use mesh bracelet, innovators of high polish and list goes on. They’re more bold than Omega and have a much wider range of watches not to mention they are private company and not Richemont owned. You truly have to own a Breitling to understand how amazing they are.
I think Breitling overall is doing some very innovative things to turn the brand around. Not all the offerings are going to be hits and some are hideous ex: Super Chronomat with dual watch. But the revitalization of other offerings are very good. Breitling is also not part of a larger group so they can’t remain niche that’s largely why you will see them trying different ways to increase market share. On the subscription program I thought was brilliant. These are mostly second hand watches allows consumers to try various watches and gets units off the grey market.

I own the doxa on a bracelet and actually love the beads of rice bracelet . Some don’t like that it flares from 19mm to 20mm but if it hadn’t been pointed out i wouldn’t have noticed it . Sits fantastic on wrist .
I have the older version of the Navigraf and a few other Yema's, and have not had any problems. In saying that, I've heard but not experience that their customer service in accordance with repairs is less then stellar. Since I have never had to use their support, I can say it's true or false. They do have good sales and discount codes that significantly lower the purchase price. Would I buy a Navigraf again, yes. But since I have several of their watches, don't need another or a newer version. I do have and really like their Air Force watch. Armee D Air or something like that.

The 1st generation 42mm aluminium bezel models were only 14mm thick and very wearable, I bought one a year ago for £2250 and it's a great looking and affordable watch from a very hot watch brand.
I have to agree, I have a first gen 42mm Planet Ocean 2500, matte black dial/ black bezel with white tri arabics, I love mine, it shares many characteristics of classic Omega diver's from the late 60's while still being of modern construction from Omega, it's still the best looking and proportioned iteration of the PO.

Nomos is a great brand especially the Nomos club glashutte 38.5mm maual wind with 100m WR that's a serious watch and the price is decent 👌 the Omega Railmaster is also underrated
I went to buy the Omega Seamaster Tokyo edition and the only way to get a 10% discount is to put a down payment and wait for next month to pick it up when the boutique celebrates their anniversary. A couple of people who were there had to pay full price on Speedmasters because they didn’t want to wait.
Talk about buying what you like, I have had multiple opportunities to get the white or blue dial Omega Seamaster 300M, I just don't like the big Helium escape valve. I am not a flipper, so I wouldn't buy it just to flip it. It can more of an headache than the average person can deal with it.

Oris having better case finishing than Bell& Ross? I don't know about that one. Take a look at a steel cased BR-03 and consider the chamfered edges and different finishes involved in that 3-piece construction provided by G&F Chatelaine in Switzerland.
I can say their divers can take a beating and keep on ticking. They also have a bit more heritage than bell and ross. Personally I would not consider "collecting" either of these brands. If I had to choose, I would take the Oris all day.
@@brianhsin678 I’ve not seen any Bell & Ross simply fall apart, so “taking a licking” isn’t a nod in Oris’ favor. If heritage is the ultimate deciding factor, then there would be no new watch brands, ever. The point remains: Bell & Ross is doing a fine job with finishing, and it’s cases are nothing to sneer at.

Longines, Nomos, and Oris do really well in the $1,000 to $2,000 price range.
Muhle Glashutte is really underrated in that price point but a bit too bleak for some people, they really arevery minimal.
