The difference between 31% and 35% isn't huge, there's no way to tell if it's actually significant in any way or if it's just random. Like you could experiment with three thumbnails that are fully identical and still get a spread like 31%, 33% and 35% watch time.
For me the thumbnail thing is that the white and yellow text is more visible on the phone, and red "legendaries" is almost invisible, so if someone just clicked on your old thumbnail and couldn't read what it said (so he also didn't understand what the challange is) he quited faster cuz he's clueless
I would've never come back to Hearthstone if not for this guy's videos. He makes this game so entertaining to watch, it just gives me the feeling of wanting to play. I'm not a very good player, i think the highest rank i ever achieved was like plat 5, but i still enjoy the game even if i lose a lot of games
40:23 It might be a hot take but Most of the people the watch league of legends related content usually are after high elo gameplay They are not necessarily there for the gameplay but the “catch” is the high level. It’s a weird thing that tends to happen. Even some UA-camrs that have nothing to do with high elo gameplay (like Pianta) at some point to keep people invested in their content they need to get a higher rank. Paint for exemple had nothing to do with gameplay based content yet to keep on going with his “Tenmo Player” series he had to get masters. I don’t know why that always happens but. So I think (I might be wrong I do not have access to in depth data) league content requires a “background” of being decent at the game and, therefore usually requires to be really invested in the video / the game With all that, ill still watch Rarran content
@ShipWindow Well, I watch maybe 10-15 LoL content creators, and every single one but Rav, has been or is currently challenger. And every other I know of is the same. There are a few hardstuck diamond ones I know of, but don't like the content of. However, old diamond used to be top 1,5% as well.
@ShipWindow You could certainly claim such a bias. And I would obviously never claim that they don't exist. However, I'd say that they are far and few compared to the opposite.
last time i went 12 wins was when DK first got released and their arena kit was absolutely busted. last time i went 12-0 was probably around vanilla time, on a fresh account lmao.....it's absolutely INSANE to go 12-0 today. Whoever has those achievements unlocked are either really lucky or really rich (probably the latter).
Also something cool but league related you could do would be content like the League of Legends Jeopardy and things like that, more on the knowledge aspect and deep dives where you yourself learn more about the game (lore, history etc)
As a fellow elden ring enjoyer i would love if you streamed some of your playtrough elden ring. Maybe when dlc launch will be a good time to do it idk. Love your vids/content :)
Honey wake up I drafted a 12-0 arena deck. idk bro I've been playing ARAM since custom game days I don't even watch league videos, cept a couple of soda malding for lulz.
7:53 "i really wish there was a hearthstone version of it that was a first party thing" ...what? It sounds like you want the characters, but then that wouldnt be first party at all LOL.
maybe you can try Eternal Return: Black survival, its a somewhat new moba, its nice really, if had to pinpoint a problem is that there is not enough players to reliable play ranked anytime you want, but on the evenings you can and there is always people for normals.
Probably one of the best top laners but imo this play is not THAT impressive. If you got 100-150 games with renekton you should be able to do this too with not that much effort.
Why the hell do you keep playing other things before the Rat King? It should ALWAYS be your first choice as much as possible! You could have got so much value and tempo. e.g. 51:37 Don't you understand that good trades don't apply to it? you just get it back!!! FFS
Every time Rarran drafts and plays arena, i scream into my screen, want to shake him and tell him, that there are little helpers for the draft. So many bad picks... Yes, it could be a 12-0 Deck, but not with this picks. But cause its a new account, he is in the noobprotection and gets oppenents that cant play.
Does anyone else here use Heartharena and feel like just picking all the top suggested cards everytime often results in a mediocre deck or am I just not piloting the decks optimally?
I think synergy is key regardless. Picking all the top ones just means you have cards good at what they do, not necessarily those good together for best team/deck composition
@@jamesreinhardt4015 Heartharena takes synergy into account but I feel like they don't score/value the synergy high enough and still often will have you pick a card that's just more value in a vacuum.
How much arena do you play? I used to use heartharena and had a 4.2 average picking but after I learned the best picks from experience I deleted heartharena and my average shotup to above 6
Heartharena hasn't been good at rating cards for at least the last 3-4 years. It's clear if you compare them to win rates, they rate some insane cards at 60 and some mediocre cards at 80. I still like having it just to prevent me from missing good cards that I don't see, but it's always best to follow your own judgment.
to me “watch time share” implies 35% of the total watch time of your vid was from people seeing the bottom thumbnail. so i see it as actually being connected to click through rate too
"You only see insane decks after 5 wins." I wish. I can't even get to 5 wins these days because I'm seeing insane decks from the start.
Do you think the Lich King ever strokes his Frostmourn
When she frosts on my lich king till I mourn

That's what I was thinking as well. Could be that 3rd one was up when EU viewers woke up for example. Or something else like that
That Shaman game was just tooth and nail fighting for lethal while you were sitting at 30 health the whole game. Lol

Fr I also watch rarran because he makes the game look fun. Then I play it and quit. It’s a cycle
Rarran eats his sandwiches with Mayo
So do all the best people
So true
Ewww noo
What’s wrong with that
Mayonnaise is so divisive for some reason. It's like the most inoffensive thing
Double barrel bong man blessed you with the zilliax drop.
The your opponent thing is because there's a key combo to enable streamer mode. If you hit it by accident every opponent will say that.
Seeing Rarran own HS replay pro, but not being able to afford a deck tracker is crazy

Rich ??? You can't buy cards in arena huh
Thumbnail situation I would try to focus one card or one hero per day and make it more bold for small text instead of very detailed things
Also something cool but league related you could do would be content like the League of Legends Jeopardy and things like that, more on the knowledge aspect and deep dives where you yourself learn more about the game (lore, history etc)
Would love to see some goofy duo que/5 stack/aram content for league, fun videos with friends consistently stand out on your channel
30:07 was eating while watching this lol.
New deckbuilding challenge: As many deck-restricting cards as possible. Something like even-highlander with Prince Keleseth
That opponent found lethal, lol!

Where can I watch rarran playing elden ring? Does he upload vods?
Leage idea, 2v2 tournemant for hs/magic/yugioh players that has almost never played before, being bad at the game is just content (on aram map)
I agree, drag snnuy, voxy, cimmoooo and someone else to play league it would be a great time for example. I'd have to think more for solo content
How this end??
@44:40 could’ve played dude he summons fish then fish on board become 2/1 to trade with king of rats kill doomsday and ping face
Dawg, your intonation is exactly like dreads'
Rarran do be looking the same in almost every thumbnail
Great video. Watched it while eating.
Streamer try not to say “wait” after anything happens during a stream, difficulty: impossible
Tbh it's kinda annoying when u have to look up the win rate of every card before selecting.
What stream is this from, sorry for asking? 😮
Rarrans stream

How tf did you call Gold Panner!!!
Nice 😅
i need that song at 5:28 - 8:00
League idea : Go for a more comical style maybe? Get 9 viewers in chat to play a custom ? So no streams
For the "engage meant"
So it took 7 and half hours to get this deck
Looks 2 - 3 to me

I feel it mate , after the first win i only fight against chinese cheater barcode decks
stop editing out small bits of the draft pls. It's exhausting
I won aram using only ad supports
aram is for giga casuals
@@AOETAUNT its for world champions
