Thanks for reacting to their live shows - they're more a working band more than a hogging a studio and making records band. A band that always delivers a great show.
The Mick Taylor years -just the best. And yes Taylor is a virtuoso to most guitar players, love A Minor and Spanish from his first post Stones record are terrific jazz fusion songs in the Mahavishnu Jeff Beck era
That was the Stones at their performing peak. 1972 U.S tour. And how about that brilliant guitar solo by the great Mick Taylor. Unfortunately, they never sounded that good again. Still great, but not at this level. Unbelievable. Great choice guys.
@gozaband He really was. Probably still is, if he's still playing. Taylor lifted the Stones to another level when he was there. He replaced Brian Jones in 1969, and left the Stones in 1974. They still made good, occasionally great music after he left, but they were never as good again. From the same concert, check out their cover of Robert Johnson's "Love In Vain". Taylor plays two of the best guitar solos you'll ever hear.

Love the Stones
Love your face line 😊
Energy and charisma off the chart
The greatest band in the world, The Rolling Stones.
Yessss
Everything on the 1972 concert is fantastic, Stones at their best. My favorites on this concert are Love in Vain, Brown Sugar and Gimme Shelter.
Nice we will have the check out the whole show!!
Keith will always be the coolest guy in rock. Love to see you two react to "Can't You Hear Me Knocking". Good luck on your channel.
Thank you! We will put it on our list! And I agree, Keith is the coolest!

Aaahh thank you that was Mick Taylor! I didn’t want to get it wrong so I didn’t say his name but in my heart I knew it was him. Phenomenal player

Yes the Taylor years they were greatest band
Perhaps my second favorite Stones-song, after "Miss You", great lyrics too!
🌸 one of my very favorite Stones songs
The great Charlie Watts holding it down. RIP Charlie you understated genius.
Mick Taylor took the Stones to stratospheric heights.
🌸 when my children were growing up, I used to sing the hook to the song to them when there was a an issue with whatever at the moment.😊
Jagger - Richards
Nanker - Phelge
Rock 🤘😎
Nanker/Phelge was the credits they used when it was a group composition, not just Jagger/Richards.
That’s an old video. Keith almost looks human but still a great musician!!!!
