Did you add SiriusXM to your head unit?
I’m having an issue on mine where youtube videos will only play the audio but on other apps like Prime video (haven’t tested other streaming apps yet) both video & audio will play. Have you or anyone else had this problem? If so, what’s the solution? I made sure to update the apps as well.

Did you use the external microphone that came with the head unit or are you using the integrated mic?

I have the same head unit that sometimes disconnects for 20mins and then has trouble reconnecting. Using an iPhone with iOS 17.3

I am not sure on this, I do not have a backup camera. I know when I went to buy it there was a backup camera option so you should be able to keep it.
