    Beards looking a lil thin🫣 Thanks for addressing my question in this video like you said you would! Greatly appreciated! My metatarsalgia has healed itself up, but now I got hit by Covid. Hoping to be back to training soon so I can show up in Chicago November 5. Take care.

    Plug for Rich’s deka/hyrox training group. As a former football lineman, who (after dropping 75lbs) still walks around at 250, this group has been really helpful as I reinvent myself athletically. Great programming, lots of access to quality information, and as importantly, a great community of people. I strongly recommend.

    Btw: go to Costco, get minoxidil foam, apply to face, grow sick beard.
