  • There is this great myth about conversation skills that in order to have great conversation, you need to have great conversation TOPICS.
    This is absolutely wrong.
    In this video, you'll learn instead what the SECRET is to making great conversation. And, it is NOT a great conversation TOPIC. Here's a hint: It has everything to do with the game of tennis.
    The greatest conversationalists, like Craig Ferguson, are masters of knowing how to create great conversations from nothing. They know this one secret that almost nobody else knows. Find out what that is in this video.
    Also in this video, you will also find out the one TYPE of conversation that reliably and consistently gets you into a great conversation all the time, every time.

      Half true. You need to first have something to say before how you say it is relevant

    Got your little PDF there only to read through to the end about 17 frameworks or whatever which aren't even included in it. Thanks bud.

    “It’s not how articulate you are, it’s not even necessarily how WELL-SPOKEN you are!”.
    The ultimate tautology.

      same, he doesn't have a conversation with anyone. Most of youtube is like this. It's an absolute insane amount of narcissists just filming their own face.

    I think your communications skills are immense, so can you help me with improving my love life? Would you have an ideas on how to have a Seductive Conversation? To let a woman know you are attracted to her without offending her? Many men get ‘friend zoned’ as we don’t know how to steer the conversation towards this tricky subject. The setting would be a café or a restaurant based date, or even a club scenario. I consider myself a gentleman, but I struggle to be able to tell her how I feel about her.

      @Tony Stark Getting friend zoned is a common problem that a lot of guys have, so you're not the only one. You don't usually want to directly tell her how you feel, so it's all about conveying it indirectly. My course, Conversation Superstar, is a fantastic resource on how to have exciting and yes, even seductive conversations. Let me know if you're interested it and I can hook you up with a discount for the course.

      Hi, I'm a female. If she agrees to the date and knows that it is a date there has to be some interest there to begin with I would say. Your best bet is to take a chance. I Don't try to be seductive but straight forward. Tell her some things you like about her life/her personality and at the end mention that you think she is incredibly attractive. And make sure you state your goal. The most attractive thing is a decisive man. What do you want? To get to know her better, A committed relationship, marriage etc...let her know what you are looking for and that you are interested in being more than friends. Ask if she feels the same way. If she does, great. If not, be cool. And have another topic to transition into or just say something like " well thanks for hearing me out, stay as awesome as you are and we'll catch up another time" and make your exit. Being friend zoned is NOT a bad thing. That frees you up for the person that's meant for you. Hope all goes well Blessings 🙏🏾

    I get the idea. But it is a reach to say great topics arent important. A great conversationalist, idc how good they are i dont want to hear some bs about some BS! HENCE CRUMMY TOPIC. Also to say stories, or listening etc are not important is another reach, well just wrong. Cmon. These are part of the greater whole of what a great conversationalist knows how to do, be a player like u said in a tennis match.. a listener is a team player. U need to work on your teaching skills and knowing what ur conveying with your blanket statements!!!

    Ok so to do double tennis I have to break down the question and comment it then make a question back

    • @Artofverbalwar
      @Artofverbalwar  7 років тому

      That is a crucial conversation technique, but it's not quite what "doubles tennis" is. Check out The Conversation Manifesto if you want an example -> www.artofverbalwar.com/manifesto
