For those graduating next year, or that have graduated early, if you don't know what you want to do and still want to go to college, liberal arts. If you don't know what you want to do and don't want to go to college, DON'T GO TO COLLEGE. Work for a semester or more and decide from there. Do things that interest you and figure it out from there. I did not do this, and I'm 50/50 on my career choice.
Really good speech, but here are some little tips that make the difference in YT, the video NEEDS an intro, one that describes you is preferrable, and background music is always a way to make people stay, they won't get so bored with the video, if you feel extra add some animations here and there, it all helps making the video more interactive and fun. I had to drop out of uni/college due to my health and I’m planning on trying again but I feel like it’s going to be so hard.. but we will see and I know everyone has their own path
I’m wanting to do real estate as well not sure yet if I’m going to university. I feel like I could learn so much about real estate in the time it would take to graduate. Plus it’s a lot cheaper not to.
Laughing in german :D almost free here to study so its 100% worth. Very cheap with 260€ a Semester or arround 520€ a year sooo and you will also get a train and bus ticket for arround the area ( most likely for the howl state )included too ( IC and ICE excluded )

Have to go to a school for it because you can’t teach it without going to school for it. 🤷🏻♂️ However, it isn’t for everyone and not everyone needs school. I’m starting my own business without a degree. 🤷🏻♂️ Also, I pay for my own degree which isn’t too expensive. Btw, I’m going to be running a business for Real estate for photography you can make bank!
