The application we use is SAI and Photoshop and CLIP STUDIO PAINT.

We use different applications for different parts of the work.
LineDraw(0:00～3:20)：CLIP STUDIO
Collar(3:25～16:06)：SAI
Touch up(22:42～)：Photoshop
If you want to draw pictures like mine.
I suggest you use "Photoshop".
"Illustrator" is an application for designers.
