Thank you for this overview video. My question is that make sense to have HX machine for a small coffee shop? As a HX, It's not easy to control the coffee brew temperature especially if you want to serve consistent taste coffee to customers.
It is best to pick something that can sustain higher volume. With home espresso machines they're making less than 10 drinks a day. Using this in a café would wear out the internals faster compared to a small commercial machine. We'll be making a video on the Picconlina from Futurete, which is a fantastic value machine.
