Punta Cana is the safer bet in my opinion for now. It’s very popular. La romana is still developing. In casa de campo the entry point is very high. I plan on investing in the major cities. Santiago, Santo Domingo, Samana. Places with a little more traffic. If your heart is set on la romana, then look at Bahia principe. They’re developing a lot of small condo sections within their complex like Playa nueva romana.
And my bad. I hope I wasn’t rude either the Casa de campo comment and the high entry point. I don’t know how much you can afford. I meant it more like you can get something of great quality for 25-50% less of the cost to buy something in casa de campo.
Great host very responsive and courteous...
beautiful! are you open to investing out side of casa de campo? maybe the capital
The capital is nice. I Need to explore more, but in the future yes. But I’m always looking for more rental units. You’re from the capital?
do you manage all of you propertys yourself ?
Hey. I have a team that helps me manage all of the listings. From host, staff, chefs, nanny’s, and airport pickup.
Congrats brother. Wonder how the process went?
Yeah man. Building the portfolio of rentals.
Do you think La Romana is better than Punta Cana for short term rentals? My girl is domincan and we're looking to buy one
