Well, now isn't this a wonderful clip for the end of the afternoon? Re-watching. Wow.. When the Levee Breaks... those high notes! I'm in 7th heaven with this one... again. Cheers Bullmoose!

Funny but I never really thought of this as a song for "all the divorcees". I took it a bit larger: a really bad experience in love or life. Well, as Charlie has said: most of the band have been divorced at least 2 times; and some 3 times (and he pointed to Paul!) in a clip I've seen. Better a divorce than a prolonged unhappy marriage or partnership; or a bad situation with a friend/family member. Again, the lyrics are worth reading and thinking about. I looked up "Well I've been rained on, rode hard and put up wet" and found it comes from horses having been ridden hard/long time and left in the barn without a "wipe down"... What an interesting lyric to use in a song. No bla, bla, bla, mindless lyrics from Blackberry Smoke! Never tire of this song. One more time: merci Bullmoose Piper!!!

This is just almost too difficult to watch... RIP Brit Turner. Correction: re-watching with hindsight. Just watching Brit. Tears. They will flow away with time but will not ever be lost along the way. Thanks Bullmoose for sharing this one.
