Chevy Express Van 4x4 Conversion: Takes on TDS 2019 (keeps up with Jeeps)

We know most of you want to see what our Chevy Express van conversion is capable of. So we decided to take a trip out to TDS 2019 and see what we could do with our van.
There was a flex trailer that was just a little to small to fit our wheel base, but we still decided to give it a test anyways. All though there is defiantly more flex the 24.5" we were happy with the results we were able to put out.
After that we decided it was time to put the Chevy Express to the real test. So we hit the washes and floored it to see the handling when put through speed. The following day it was time to put it in 4 wheel drive and hit the goat trails with a huge posy of jeeps. The trails we took were not fitted for vans at all, and was thought to be impossible by the Jeep goers. So we had to prove that we can keep up with the Jeeps and we did!

you can try reprograming the ecu for the transmission also , so the cpu will ajust the shifting pattern for bigger tiers
What kind of roof rack is that? I've been looking for a roof rack for my Express van (used for freelance film production mostly, not serious offroad) but I like the idea of the extremely subtle built-in awning and lights on the front.
This is our custom roof rack we built, unfortunately we stopped production on them for the meantime because of how backed up we are at the moment. I'd recommend checking out Aluminess products, they make some cool roof racks as well!
Do you think it would be possible to sleep 2 adults on an elevated platform bed in the rear and 2 kids on a flip down seat/ bed in the front?
I think it is doable...
Video looked interesting, but the music level not being balanced with your narration meant that the music was pounding ... sorry I gave up 7:25 just way to distracting
Why to not install air susspession on the rear? It is vhery simple and cheap and you will be free to change the clearence.

What do you guys do for axle wrap?
We usually don't get much axle wrap with our custom springs.
