All the people that were saying such mean things about here are currently deleting all them tweets and are writing tweets such as “RIP Caroline” just to cover it up, ye and the media are the reason this beautiful woman is gone and there should he something done about it cause this can’t go on any longer. RIP Caroline you’ll forever be in my thoughts along with your family and friends.

Everyone chose to believe the press and the newspapers saying she abused her boyfriend but no one was there to witness. People, the press and the newspapers should have waited for the prosecution before being allowed to spread that because the ONLY person in the world that knows what actually happened that night is the boyfriend.
Tim Hamilton it was everything to do with social media and the papers!! She batted negative and toxic comments for over 10 years and no matter how thick skinned you are it still has a detrimental effect on a person and knocks their confidence... she was attacked and abused from every angle!! And her friends and family were dragged into the dramas and that also had and effect on her well being.. she had a history of mental health issues and wasn’t managed properly she was failed by all agencies... it’s the people who have the brightest smile that are fighting the biggest demons!! She found it easier to brush problems under the carpet and masked her emotion well... she looked happy on the outside but was battling and struggling on the inside!! A person doesn’t just wake up and say I’m gonna kill my self today it a case of factors that have built up over a period of time and have just eat away at you and then you hit an all time low and can’t see away forward she was mentally unstable and emotionally drained!! Her life had been turned into a public circus with people pointing the finger and calling her an abuser!! She was stopped from being able to put her side of the story which just added more pressure to an already struggling Caroline and I think the cps was the hair that broke the camels back and pushed her over the edge!!

@@bow9384 lots of people ask the police to drop charges against their partners once they realise the severity of the situation and what the outcome could potentially be but if the CPS were still insisting this case be legally examined then it was obviously deemed serious enough and far more complex.

Yes and i noticed that all the support was thrown at Anthony mcpartlin when he drunk and drove but yet she was bullied out of her job. Had ITV got behind her, she'd still be alive. The structure of work and the support network would havw bolstered her on. She'd lost everything in her eyes. Job, boyfriend, career.

We don't appreciate the special, talented sensitive souls in our midst, it seems society and the media prefer to slander their names, break their spirits until they feel they can no longer go on. Shame on anyone who took part in slandering her name, we have lost a talented and beautiful presenter, performer, and as we can see a beautiful singer. We didn't deserve her, now we lament, no point in lamenting now. Caroline is in a better place away from all that toxic vile jealousy.

At least her suicide has opened up more of a dialogue about the way people should and shouldn't behave towards each other over the internet. It shouldn't have taken a high-profile death for this to happen though but it may contribute to saving the lives of those who find themselves in similar situations. The government also need to get their finger out of their arse when it comes to mental health care.

It's not slander if it's TRUE. Shes a domestic abuser but now shes dead shes a saint. How many men have killed themselves because of this type of thing and now 1 woman does it and everyone is up in arms.

How many cases of domestic abuse do we know of where the female partner has stood by her abuser. CPS wouldn't take it to trial if they didnt have enough evidence to prosecute and just because she has a vagina people like you think she must be innocent. All it took was an accusation to convince everyone Jonny Depp was an abuser and even now when he has all but proven his partner was the abuser people still dont believe it. She killed herself because she didnt want to be convicted. An innocent person would want to clear their name.

NATsoHIGH ! You are absolutely right, but be aware of the difference between like/dislike and criticism (note the choice of words in my original comment) - there’s a line there. Whether people enjoy something or not is one kettle of fish which cannot be prescribed/controlled. We also can’t prescribe/control how people choose to conduct themselves when they express how they feel about something, but I do think it’s important for people to be aware that if they want to respond to something that is ultimately a simple singing video with gall and pedantic ridiculousness, they might just be letting out some ugly stuff that could be a tad (or two) OTT. That’s the other kettle.
Sometimes it’s not actually an opinion people want to share - it’s just that they want to vent hot air as some sort of insight they feel they have. Unfortunately, that usually happens to be harsh, catty and can be damaging. People need to take more responsibility over being measured and mature, while also being able to have a laugh - it’s a great step up to make👍

I never really paid any attention to her when she was alive but, before she was famous, she was in Avid Merrion's video for his Christmas single "Proper Chrimbo" and I remember I couldn't take my eyes off her during it. She had something about her which drew you in. RIP.
