Oh, you blended it ---I thought you used a fillet. Has there ever been a Chicken Nanban sandwich?
Tatsuta patties are minced with chuncky pieces. Key to the karaage Tatsuta is that coating of potato starch. McDonald’s also use a slight batter. I tried that but gets a better look with the potato starch only.
Not sure but they play around with the egg tartar sauce from time to time
