Thanks. Felt good after this! I've got a pain that comes up in the tricep when locked out. Could it be radial nerve? Physio has said no muscle damage there.
Huge thanks for posting this! I've just got over Ulnar nerve surgey on both elbows in the last 12 months. On the most recent op I was told if this fails then it may be to do with my shoulder and they may need to go in through the neck... 5 months into the last surgey and it's failed making things worse 🥴. I've just followed this guide on the side it's failed on and I just nearly 🤮. Could you answer for me that if this fails... Will it make things worse? Things are pretty bad already 😅
Yes, it definitely can be coming from the neck and they should have checked that first. Not sure if you did an EMG test prior to. The ulnar nerve comes from the neck and is an extension from the brachial plexus. I am so sorry you went through all of that. Try to seek out a professional that will thoroughly examine you to guide you in the right direction. Get as many opinions.

Yes nerve is completely different than an artery. The artery supplies the nerve with blood flow though. Doing nerve glides helps movement so can help with increased blood flow.

If you are starting to get muscle atrophy I would make sure to seek out a professional can look at what's happening at your neck.

Which point is going all the way “here”?
How often and how many reps do I need to do? Aloha
Try starting off with 10 and as often as you feel you need to.

Mine goes in the pectoral omg it keeps locking up on me it’s sooooo painful 😖
Is this good for axillary nerve injury..?
Yes, I wouldn't do it initially after an acute injury but in a subacute phase of healing I would.
