I've been on this bridge while on holiday. With all the construction highway work being done by the Chinese Government in Jamaica, why don't the Government get them to build an overpass in it's place because this problem repeats itself every time there is bad weather.
The National Works Agency needs to make sure that the bridge is structurally sound before reopening. With the toll road in place they probably will not build a necessary modern overpass.
