    Thank you so much for the measurements in grams and milliliters... I am from India.
    Can I use just whipping cream instead of heavy cream.

      You can use either :), this was a long time ago and I can’t remember which I used, but I’ve used both with success in the past :)

    The consistency we see in the video is the harder it gets? Can we use the same recipe as a cake filling or will it be too hard?

      Marianna Isari you can certainly use it as a filling :) you can even whip it if you want if fluffy

    I’m American and I prefer to use the metric system for baking. It’s much easier and more precise.😀

    if i mix half milk and half dark does it work..because my ganache is curdling

      Make sure your cream isn’t too hot (don’t boil it). If it separates, you can try fixing it my adding some warm milk a little at a time.
