This channel is truly a goldmine. Thanks to you joint prehab exercises, my right arm, which I broke a year ago after falling from bike, is now healing much faster. The bones, triquetral and scaphoid, healed in two weeks, but the joints were wrecked for months. Just three months ago, I could only do push-ups on fists, and now I can do them normally. Selfless and generous people like you make this world a better place.

Hey, thanks for getting back to me. I'm a beginner and I've come across numerous calisthenic programs. If I can't do more than one pull-up, I need to focus on doing more bodyweight rows or inverted rows to build strength dont you agree. Regarding prehab exercises, are they meant for warm-up or for recovery? Could you please share the link that you've been using to heal your elbow? I'm experiencing some discomfort in my right wrist. It's mainly due to weak tendons and I feel discomfort when I stretch or do push-ups, although it's not as severe as on my left side. I saw his program on the app with free intro that got nothing to gain muscle if i am correct or not, i am confused about the primal 1 and two etc

@Sen sen The following videos on this channel helped me a lot:
      - "3 Minute Wrist Mobility Routine"
      - "Calisthenics Joint Preparations (What You Need To Know About Prehab)"
      - "How Gymnasts Bulletproof ELBOWS"
Prehab exercises are mainly to prepare the joints, muscles and tendons for the forthcoming heavy load, but they surely improve recovery as well. Regardless, you should strive for executing all the exercises, prehab or main, with as good form as you can, and progressively (not trying to overdo), to minimize the risk of injury and improve recovery.
This channel has plenty of information, just scroll through the list of the videos, and you'll see that it covers pretty much everything you need to get strong. Don't you worry about building muscle. Gymnasts might not look as jacked as bodybuilders, but they are jacked and insanely strong.
But if you want an even broader perspective, I suggest checking out Sean Nalewanyj (bodybuilding) and Hybrid Calisthenics (self-explanatory) as well.

Great video man. I was in gymnastics until 4th grade and chose football instead... huge mistake, especially considering the CTE data that's came out recently. I've been adding calisthenics in the last year and you've been very helpful. Really excited to start these movements! I want to do cool stuff like you, super impressive!

Love it. Can we see you explain this combo in intermediate and advanced versions?
    Examples:
Intermediate- L sit to bent arm handstand press to elbow lever.
Advanced- V sit to straight arm pike press to full planche.
    ..
My current combination goal is the following-
V Sit to straight arm pike press to HSPU to (eventually) 90° HSPU
Love your videos. Thank you Adam!

I found your pages interesting and have been looking at your transformation plan, which I am keen to be a part of. I wanted to mention that my right wrist is weak and uncomfortable, and I am currently working on strengthening it. Should I wear a wrist band while following your beginner program? I am a bit confused about which program to start with in order to gain strength and build muscle. Are all those programs you offer, like Primal One, focused on warm-up or prehabilitation? Am I following a joint preparation program that doesn't involve gaining muscle, or is it more like a warm-up before the workout? As a beginner, can I try your program called Shredded Gymnast Physique, which involves time under tension? What does that mean exactly? Also, I believe I should complete Primal One, but will it help me gain strength and muscle, or is it more focused on something else?

How much harder is this routine for taller people?
Im like 6'3 for 200 pounds!

      @Tan12 Рік тому

Basically anything in calisthenics or gymnastics is way harder if you're tall and heavy, but it's not impossible, there's 200+ pound guys (usually not too much over 200 though) out there doing some advanced skills. Just takes longer to get there than it does for small guys.

@@berhanesenay222 I do the Pre warm up, then the wrist arms shoulders stretch. Then straight arm work out with bands and then full chest on rings including dips. He has videos on all the moves. From there I’m maxed out just using body weight.
