What a legend.
T6 5
What did u say?, Now look up to yuri van gelder
@@itsmefriedpotato6429 he being legend doesn't mean van gelder isn't, it's not mutually exclusive
@@itsmefriedpotato6429 yuri never actually won anything
@@itsmefriedpotato6429 extremely strong athlete who also created one of the most extreme element on the still rings, the problem is that he often gets his points deducted because sometimes he bends his arms and other times his form isn't the cleanest (shaky rings, oscillating, etc...), not to mention his dismounts aren't those you see in olympic champions.
The amount of strength and body control to do that is almost superhuman.
which is why I believe gymnastics is the hardest sport in the Olympics, for most other sports, you could at least give it a go.
1.SYNCRONISED SWIMMING
2.50KMS WALK
3.MARATHON
4.10KM OPEN WATER SWIMMING
5.TRITHLON
6.GYMNASTICS
7.20 KMS RACE WALK
8.WATER POLO
I think olympic weightlifting is amazing.
weighlifting is at same level, the body should go to the limit in both sports
@@guillermodiaz2773 weightlifting is extremely difficult, but gymnasts is def way harder. Not only do you need to have this amount of strength you need endurance power, flexibility, and endurance.
@@guillermodiaz2773 I am a lifter and I really think gymnastics is way harder. The movements are so much more complex and they have a higher ceiling than lifting
gymnasts are the fittest humans on the planet
That's we can agree
Football is the king 👑
You’ve obviously never seen Darts
That and farmers
Oh really what about
Olympic lifters
Mma fighters
Capoeira practicers?
His cheekiness increases his appeal. But it jus goes to show how confident he is of hs performance n abilities.
He later explained that his facial expression was due to a cramp in his toe.
The amounts of strength and pain tolerancy these guys have in this sport is beyond of what we actually think
I wouldn't say pain tolerance, we mostly do tendon and muscle conditioning to avoid pain and injuries, if you're tolerating pain it means your joints aren't strong enough ahah
Yes but it’s a young person’s sport.
As a calisthenics athlete, it is indeed very true.
@@pixtlewint5095 no, read the first reply
@@bernabex2 nah, you can't train without experiencing pain
Isnt it crazy how 99% of what these guys do is reliant on strength and balance but at the very end you also need to do a flip with a bunch of twist - something very different from the rest of the routine
Rings is the big strength event
That kind of body control these gymnasts have is just insane!!👏🏻🙌🏻
the signature neck roll in the cross is amazing
That neck stretch...epic.
Holy cow when he’s horizontal... so flat... is that even possible. Monstrous strength
This is a test book standard performance! Absolutely amazing LiuYang!
text book*
That was so awesome! I am just happy to get to see the full routine.
Until you’ve tried ANYTHING on the rings, you can’t comprehend how incredibly hard rings are.. they make it look so easy.
2:44 that goku Look before he’s about to transform.
Bringing swagger to the rings event!
This performance and the one of Petrounias in Rio 2016 are the best of all times
Zanetti 2012
Juri chechi 1996
Van Gelder 2008 highest rings score hardest strength elements
I think it would be the iconic rolling neck in men's gymnastic.. beautiful
He always rolling his neck every competition 😁
I can roll my neck too.
@@watchman835 yeah I know, we can do that wkwk
that looks so epic!
Any calisthenics wet dream
I searched gymnastics attitude and this guy came first in my recommendation 💯😎😎.
Eu tava torcendo muito pra ele ganhar uma medalha, finalmente ele conquistou a glória 🙏
So beautifully and clearly done😍👍
Great control! Very still rings.
The champ has swag
Extra steeze points for the neck stretch. Dismount could have been better but it was very technical. Great job.
His strenght Is insane, but his routine looks like a bunch of elements (perfectey executed) one after the other with no connection. Still insane body control
just coming form the mens' floor final and wondering the same. although there was a high level of technical difficulty, the artistry is missing and I don't enjoy watching these things as much.
@@misssophie6515 This is art to some of us.
Natural and real Super Hero.
Excellent performance. Very impressive!
Mad crazy strength.
True strength and body control 🔥🔥
The best controled and stady routine i ve ever seen
So Amazing Routine ..Legendary 💪💪💪💪
Respect to that talented guy 🤯..
What a body control.. absolutely stunning
Another level...respect 😱👍👍👍
The stretch is now viral🔥🔥
what graceful control and a fancy dismount
как он четко все делает)))крутоооо
I loved his performance alot. My father hasn't seen gymnastics before, but he stared at him. 👍🏻👍🏻
01:20
Legendary moment
Their biceps and delts are absurdly huge without any isolation work at all.
Thanks Olympic!
Big Respect too chinese Liu ..such an artistic work..the preparation must be enormous since young age
His attitude is saying everything about him
Wow. Nice job.😊
2:49 I bet he is thinking something evil.
That iron cross was dope
Really outstanding
How many muscle ups can you do?
"Yes"
He has ascended
Dude make it looks easy even it wasn't!
1:20 the coldest look I’ve ever seen the speakers are like “it’s funny” you know what YOU are funny
Legend 👑
I m from India and I have first ever match of gynsmstic and becoming your fan instead of virat kholi
Perfeito 👏👏👏
fantastic
So cool
Purest exhibition of strength.
Amazing.
LEGEND!
Amazing video.
Dang bro, he looks so intense😆
Rings did not seem that hard until one day I tried to get on them and I saw how hard it is to stabilise when doing tricks 🤣🤣
Amazing stunt 💪
Dude did full maltese like he was in resting position. These guys are on another level really
Very nice video 😊👍
Game of superhuman strength
2:45, look at his face....
Awesome
Even his handshakes are clean ong😳
Insane.
Ele vai muito alto na saída, acredito que o Zanetti tentou fzr isso mas faltou altura.
Came here for the neck stretch
This is the level of Olympics
1:19 what a neck roll. Haha. Love him.
Surrealist upper body strength and body control
My shoulder froze watching this
Liu Yang:
Does something funny
Commentator 10 seconds later:
That's funny🌚👾👍🏼
won with style !
Braving the enemies' fire!! March on!! 🇨🇳
Look at that biceps
0:50 what is that straight arm muscle up called?
It’s called a butterfly pull up
But the move he did to planche is called a Balandin (3) in the code of points
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Regular folk will never know how difficult this is
he is so handsome
Liu is not human!.
常威你还说你不会武功
我天生神力啊
gymnastics is obviously the most difficult sport - simply because that is what it purports to be. "can you top this?" anyone can throw a baseball, or run. having said that . . . it also takes a very specific body type.
how do his arms not just twist off at the shoulder joints when he does multiple flips in a row?
He looks like he is flying
Always wondering if bodybuilder can do that? They have bigger muscle size.
muscle size has nothing to do with strength, specially straight arm strength
Bodybuilders can’t even do a basic support hold on rings…they just have HUGE muscles but they are not functional at all
They are strong but their weight is too much to be supported only in pulling movement !!!!
This is what relative strength looks like
please upload the MAG and WAG event finals.
Please tell me name of this game
It's called gymnastic ( rings )
Perfetta condizione fisica 👍🏻
This is insane.
Liu yang…..more like Liu kang!!
Genetics n hardwork !!!!
Our great Arthur Zanetti tried a risked exit and ended up falling out of the rings and being out of podium in Tokyo! But nothing erases what he did in London 2012 and here in Brazil in Rio 2016. Was in London 2012, in the Queen's Land, where he made history for us, conquering our first ever medal in gymnastics, and just the gold! In Rio he won the silver!
I almost pulled something getting out of bed today fml 🤣
Well done
Amazing 💛
