      Interesting! This was an accidental success of not bevomming too sweet. I can say I like it like this aswell. What Pinoy food would you recommend for me to try to cook next?

    Those mini bibingka look good!! I was very surprised though that you had salted eggs available in Finland. I plan to make pancit canton and bihon (mixed) and cassava cake tomorrow for the fam. Have you tried those?

      Wow, naman! Sounds delish! And cassava cake must be difficult to layer nicely, or is it?
      Salted eggs, Chicharon, different ube jams. Thr selection is surpsingly good as the Filipino community closes to be around 9.000 Filipinos living in Finland if not already more.
      So with the pepole comes the tastes and it's a great development.
