Real estate isn’t as liquid as cash or cash-equivalents, or even stocks and bonds. I rather the latter. Just as you’re experiencing, real estate can be a lot of work.
Strengthen other assets, consider reputable money market funds or mutual funds for emergency savings. Assess mortgage rates and allocate excess funds strategically.
Tom Lee is amazing and so is this guy. I sat stone face and listened to every millisecond of this. Great show.

I have to say he is a brave man, sticking his head out. I am a long term TSLA bull and has been holding TSLA since under $20. I strongly believe that TSLA will be bigger than MSFT or AAPL within 5 to 7 years. That’s all I can predict and I put my money where my mouth is.

Mark's predictions have been insanely accurate for the past few months: the bottom price ($160, possibly even $130-140), the time frame (March to April), and new high (not yet all-time). Herbert, is it possible to bring Mark back for another episode??

Don't roast me for this but I use Ouija boards and I Chings for my technical analysis. Maybe the odd crystal ball!. I'll stick with fundamentals and even there with TSLA...hoddling is the best approach. Ron Baron spoke of trying to play "highs and lows" with something like Apple or Google but after selling out in order to buy back in later...never could find the point to get back in. Tesla is so volatile that gamblers would face the same problem. Once I heard his "take", I exited the video. Most of your videos are interesting and pretty much all of them are very educational. Without the Tesla community members like you and your guests, I wouldn't have been able to maintain my confidence through a number of runs around the roller coaster loop that Tesla is known for. Thanks Herbert.
Interesting to watch this post some 3 months later, this guy proves the trends are completely correct to date.
I just keep on DCA all the way to the bottom, I would be delighted if TSLA bottoms at 150 or something. We will see if he is right and the bottom will be reached in May and then goes back up to 414... but actually i do not really care about that as I am planning to keep my shares as long as possible
I have been terrible in timing the market so I have stopped trying to do this. But I have been right in calling Tesla to pop in 2019, I bought a load of shares back in May/June of 2019 when Tesla bottommed at $12, and most of these shares I still have... I take this year to accumulate as many shares as possible, goal is to retire in 2027-2030

Tesla should really consider offering FSD monthly subscription for $99. when full version is release they can always raise the price
I paid $60 thousand for my model 3 long range in 2022 Oct. It is the best car I have driven over my 57 years (I’m 77) .I also bought Tesla Stock for $290. I’m still a Tesla fan and will stay with Tesla . I like his products and I’m looking forward to his phone. Love his FSD. I don’t use it a lot because I like driving the car but by the time I’m 90 it will be a plus. Love the parking help🎉
I look at Tesla's periods of consolidation to be periods of investment that leads to serious growth. Tesla is unique because of Elon - he invests financial and intellectual capital with a long term horizon.

I’m driving a Shanghai made Tesla. If anything it’s a testament that the Chinese can make great cars. Only a matter of time.

Mark called my status. Tesla one of largest holdings over 3 years but much longer investor in Netflix apple Nvidia and AMD. I am so bummed that I didn’t leave most of that with these stocks and Lilly.
Great interview. Many fundamental investors dismiss TA as astrology but if done right, it can be an important tool to anticipate trends and take advantage of probabilities. I agree with Mark's point towards the end that if you have all these great fundamentals that everyone knows about yet the stock isn't moving favorably, one might have to pause and think why.
It's mostly astrology but if enough folks believe in it, it will impact the markets heh.

This is fascinating, but in general I'm not entirely convinced the future can be predicted by looking at the past.
I've known Mark for years. Solid work and easily refutes the silliness of some Tesla bulls who claim TA is "astrology".

lol you could disregard all his crap and look at a stock chart of Tesla there are 2 events one is early on there was a 10x rise in the shares in 2013 it was because people were betting the model S wouldn’t even come to market and it became the car and driver car of the year. It was roughly flat till he says in 2019 but it shot up because of 3 things the success of the model 3 and Y as well as Shanghai giga coming online at the time it did.There were many people betting that it would go bankrupt between 2014-2018 it more or less traded flat. It will likely stay in a range for years unless there is a dramatic unlock in FSD and AI. It has nothing to do with his “cycles”. If the company delivers on AI it will go up a lot if it can’t it will be rangebound and over time likely lower as it’s overvalued if it’s not an AI platform company.
@@alihusainmdYour comment is very narrow in facts. TESLA has so many affiliated companies coming online and adding to the bottom line in addition to the model 2. TESLA’s weakest link is not nearly enough Superchargers in the automotive sector.

Instead of looking at the trends of the stock price, why not look at the roots of those changes in the fundamentals and execution of the company?
Concur that TSLA has a great long term future, and that it’s still in a dead money period. Fallen angel, essentially. Good for me, love those. The big question is when does it come out of that?
Fundamentally, Tesla is an AI and robotics story, as Musk says, so what’s the status there? A: transition period continues, as neither FSD, Optimus nor Dojo are ready for prime time. Could still be awhile, tho that’s anyone’s guess, with the long-time Uber optimists likely loosing adherents by the week. And Musk himself is at a high risk level, and may remain so until his company issues are resolved, which could takes months or more. So, that leaves rates.
Technically, things look even worse-lower highs and lows.
Net, looks like continued dead money for awhile.

Dividends are a companies way of saying I value my investors enough to reward their faith and commitment. When there is no dividends the only way for investors to get tangible returns for their investment is to buy and sell the stock at low and high points which leads to unnecessary volatility. Dividends help reward stability and faith of long term investment. This may be why Apple and Microsoft maintain steady stability of investment.
Buying stock is an investors way of committing to the company’s well being. Dividends are a company’s way of committing to the investors well being.
Without dividends the investor can feel used disheartened during long periods of lack of stock performance.
Investors invest when the price is right for the value they perceive. It doesn't matter if the price goes down or up from there. They stay until the story of the company weakens. Traders are about trying to catch the momentum of other traders. What the company does has importance only to the extent that it affects the behavior of other traders. Trading is really a completely different game from investing.
It seems to me that stock price "patterns", if any truth to them, are really only relevant to companies that are not innovating very much. Tesla is not this.
Tesla was above $260 only 5 or 6 weeks ago! Why didn't it go to above ATH then?
He is just guessing like the rest of us! :D
