- A very quick easy make.. suitable for a beginner.. adding a popper will make it very practical to use every day! This is a revamp from my original video to bring it right up to date. Either top stitch the bottom to hide raw edges or before the last turn just fold raw edges in and hand stitch, I hope you enjoy it. xx
you will need:
1 piece of fabric 6.5" x 30"
1 piece of stabiliser 6" x 29.5"
1 popper
matching thread
The folding measurements are:
3.5" 3.5" 3.25" and 3.25"

Thank you so much for the dimensions of the wallet or purse. No one wants to tell you. They just want you to send money to get the instructions. But I thank you so much again. I think I’m going to make myself one. Have a good day.❤❤😊
Great tutorial. All the way through I was thinking what no lining. And then wham all made so clear. Fantastic idea. Looking like I now have my afternoon all planned. These would make a great quick stocking filler. Thanks again for yet another wonderful and easy tutorial.
Thank you! I've been trying to make something exactly like this for 2 weeks, multiple other tutorials have just got me flustered or not given me the amazing finished product like this one! Thank you
I made this and it came out perfect following your instructions...but, my husband wanted 3 pockets..so with a little adjustments, I made him a 3 pocket one with old material from his hunting pants....he loves it. People are always asking him where he got it....he always proudly says, my wife made this...love it..thank you for this simple idea and easy instructions. HUGS!
Carolann Stinedurf how super!! Well done 😘
I'm new to sewing...this looks really easy.
Three friends and I had a sewing day today and this purse was one of our chosen projects to make. We love it. Some of us made two.
Lizzy, you are huge!
I have been sewing for many years. I learned from my mother when I sat next to her as a little girl.
I managed to sew a lot of things in my life, from shirts, dresses, pants, hats, coats and curtains, upholstery and even my daughter's wedding dress and evening dresses and I also sewed for other people.
Precisely in such a "simple" matter that I saw on UA-cam, I saw a lot of videos and I didn't find one that explained like you. I got confused with the location of the pockets.
I sewed and undid and didn't understand what I did wrong.
I ended up playing the video in slower motion because English is not my native language and I realized the error and within a minute (after I corrected one more time...😉) I changed the pocket mode with the smaller one inside.
This is an amazing thing!
I received an order from my daughter for a small wallet like this to put her driver's license on a key chain. And here in ten minutes it is ready.
I wish you lots of health and all the best in the world💕 💖
Well that’s lovely! I’m glad I helped you xx
Love it! Only two seams this time, so tricky. I always learn little tips watching your tutorials. Feels like I just popped in to visit a friend and she showed me something fun to make. Thanks Lizzie!❤️✂️🧵👍🏻

Love this and the popper studs are so easy to use I love the sound they make.Lizzy.
I have been experimenting with small wallets for cell phone purses, and this one is the best yet! I made it at 4.5 inches for a single card width and it came out great. Thanks! Peace from Ohio …

Thank you! I made one today for a friend and will give it to her for Christmas with a gift card in. I messed up with the popper as it was the first time I’d had to use one, but got there in the end and I’m delighted with the finished purse.

You’re very welcome xx
Really fun to make!! Thank you for the video
You are the best!!! I will be making a ton of these!!
Can’t wait to try this. Thank you so much
Love your video, I did not want to buy a purse. Went on UA-cam and I found you So happy I will make a purse 🥰
I've made several of these, you make it so simple to understand. I'm going to attempt to scale one up to fit my new tablet, but numbers aren't my strong suit. I did make a larger one into a gorgeous clutch, but I just winged it since the size didn't need to be exact.
I made this, I am in Australia and found pockets too deep so measured mine 2.5” 2.5” then 2.25, 2.25.. that works better 26” and rounded corners… it a go to for a quick project or gift…love her and follow
I really love this little purse especially for xmas gift cards etc.. made 5 as my family love gift cards… Thank you so much..Sally
Thankyou! This is exactly what I was looking for.
Love it! Can’t wait to give a try! Thanks

Oh Lizzy, I just love this little wallet and have lost count of how many I have made. The sizes have varied enormously depending on the length of leftovers I have. Credit/gift card sized ones are especially popular. A big thanks for such a clever idea. 7:39
Hi, I need to make credit card sized wallets. What size fabric did you use for them?
@@BevDaisyBev hi, sorry, but I have no measurement for you as I just do them by eye.
I like both new versions, were one is longer & interfaced and the other is shorter but with a lining - both great updated tutorials, thanks :)
sorry Lesley, I had written a whole load of stuff but didn't press save! I blame being blonde and old :)
