The video is missing this important part about switching the blade... use a flat head screwdriver to lift the little middle part out so the blade can slide onto it. I tried to attach a photo from my instructions but youtube doesn't let me.

Are you pressing a button when you put it on? I feel there should be subtitles on your videos because there’s nobody talking about what is being done. We can’t get the blade on

why are they showing people using a screwdriver to change the blade on this same unit..what am I missing here?

When it’s removed from the box and the hook, into which you place the blade, is pressed against the wall instead of positioned in a straight upward position, you use a screwdriver to get into the correct position.
